Update! Visited again after two years and it's not got better. Bought 20 sharer nuggets with 4 X ketchup and two wrap meals going through drive thru. Was told in drive thru that I had to park somewhere and wait as it was not ready. This is a really small car park with no space. Nowhere to wait. 10 mins later after blocking various areas, they take food to wrong car. When I finally get meal, no tissue, no straw and no ketchup. Still run by incompetent individuals!

What Happy Meal!!! More like a sad meal these days.
Placed my order for a happy meal with chocolate milkshake and a fruit bag. I specifically told them that I wanted a toy and not any cardboard gift. I am fed up of all these cardboard gifts they are giving now. The person who took my order also spoke very poor English, I had to repeat myself about 5 times. After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru and after they had taken my money, they told me that they don't have the chocolate milkshake I ordered. They said they have banana, I said give me that. They then said they were out of banana. They told me they had strawberry. I said give me that. They said they were out of that as well. You can see where this is going!
Eventually they said that they have no milkshakes and can give me either a fruit shoot or an orange juice. This annoyed me as the milkshake cost more. They refused to give me anything else.
They then give me the happy meal and I noticed that there is no toy. 20 minutes after waiting in the drive thru and in the happy meal is a pack of cards. This was even though I told them that I only wanted the happy meal if it had a toy. They then try and offer me a piece of cardboard instead.
This place is run by morons. The service is slow due to incompetence and why do they not have proficient English speakers on the speaker taking orders. It just creates unnecessary delay and confusion.
The main reason to buy a happy meal is the toy. The food is better at Burger King and KFC and I will not be waisting my time at...

I visited Brentford McDonald’s last Sunday evening. When ordering through the Drive Thru, I repeated my order as on the screen it said BBQ big tasty- “please make sure it’s the original because on your screen it says BBQ” He said that he made a note. I asked for this meal along with my other meals and told him I wanted a ‘black coffee’ I then proceeded to the payment window, where, I repeated “please make sure the Big Tasty is original” he responded and said “he has told the person making the burger” I then went on to collect my drinks. What do o receive! ‘A flat white’ coffee!
I had to wait for the girl to make me another coffee.! I was then asked to wait in the collect bay as my order wasn’t ready. I say there for 10 minutes! I then decided to go into the restaurant as I notice that people ordering after me had their food. I spoke to the manager an Indian guy (I am Indian myself) he asked me to repeat my order twice! Where again’ I said “original big tasty” for the third time! At no point did he apologise! Literally a couple of minutes later he said “your foods gone out” I left the restaurant and went to my car to check. I looked through my order and showed the boxes pd burgers to the young boy who delivered them. I said “this is the original big tasty” for the FOURTH time! To which he replied “yes” Getting home, I found bacon in the big tasty! The food was cold! The chips were half full and NOT spilled in the bag! No napkins, sauces or straws! I mean, ridiculous or what! The only decent thing about the meal were the cokes. I understand they were busy but, it’s unacceptable! The manager needs re-training on how to deal with customers. I should not have to wait for 10 mins and then go to the restaurant to ask for my £30 worth of food. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the food and serve! Read moreMy partner passed by this drive through McDonald’s three times and ordered a double sausage burger and one egg burger with no meat. On all three occasions, the staff in this McDonald’s kept giving him sausage burgers and I can’t eat sausage, so when he got home and checked the food and found both of them to be sausage burgers, I had to throw mine away. In the end, we got fed up and complained to the manager of this McDonald’s who said he would look in to it but never got back to us. I had to chase him down to find out why his staff can not take a simple order?, he was Asian, had a nasty attitude, shouted on the phone saying that his staff do know what they are doing and that my partner should of checked his food properly before leaving the premises!!!. I don’t know what type of nut cases McDonald’s have running their restaurant but not to accept responsibility for something that his staff have done wrong is ridiculous. My partner specifically ordered just an egg burger because I do not eat pork and obviously I am aware of what I do and do not eat, so why would we order 2 sausage burgers?. This idiot, irresponsible, nasty so called manager has no idea how to run a restaurant and it looks like McDonald’s head office don’t give a damm anymore because it’s a franchise. We have stopped going to this McDonald’s and will never order from there again and we haven’t ordered from there since. I would definitely recommend to anyone, to avoid this particular McDonald’s because if you get the wrong order or anything goes wrong and you intend to complain, you will only have a nasty little man playing at being manger jumping down your throat and turning the complaint...
