McDonald's — Restaurant in London

Not even worth one star. At approximately 10:19 a.m. I ordered a McDonald's breakfast from this place, the girl took my order for two hash browns and a sausage and egg bagel, and took my money for the breakfast... but when I got to the window that delivered the food I was handed a bag with a burger and two packets of chips as well as the orange juice I had actually ordered. When I queried it she said they weren't doing breakfast anymore so I pointedly looked at the clock in my car which said 1021 a.m. And I asked her what time did they finish serving breakfasts as normally it's 10:30 a.m. She looked somewhat shifty and told me they stopped serving breakfast at 10:10 a.m. Perhaps I could have spoken to the manager and demanded a breakfast but of course I was busy and I couldn't wait around to have an argument just for the sake of a McDonald's. Besides which I was being annoyed by an extremely infuriating crackhead on the scrounge right at the window who the management still hasn't managed to get rid of since the last time I was there. I'm very fond of McDonald's breakfast and I go to that branch often as I am a mini cab driver at night but I'll take my trade elsewhere from now on encourage all my friends...

I bought 1 bacon club house meal and 1 club house burger + mozzarella cheese stick. When i recieved the bag of what i ordered just roughly check how many items in it. Coz, often drive theough went wrong. Counted fine so left restaurant drive through and after arrive home and again... Surprise me instead of cheese stick i had kids meal fish finger...!!! Are you guys joking..?! Reason why i went to mcdonalds this late night. My pregnant wife fancy to eat cheese stick and burger. Now what...?! All my effort driven 10-15 mins drive from home and spent all 30-40 mins for journey. All i was asking was just burger and cheese stick. Was it that hard to make it right...??

I phoned the restaurant that i visit. Surprisingly no one answer. Haha

I will try to visit but, wondering who's gonna listen and believe my story.

Ah, also i asked receipt wheb i paid and guy at casher told me next window guys will offer. But, but, but, no cheese burger no receipt... Are you guys actually planning to do these happening..? And really laghing...

This McDonald's location is essentially a drive-thru for humans. There's no option to dine inside, and you have to order from outside, which makes the experience feel very rushed and impersonal. While the food is the same reliable McDonald's fare you'd expect, the setup is lacking. There’s no proper shelter for customers who order or eat outside—just some rain-covered seating. On rainy days, eating here is far from pleasant unless you manage to grab one of the few covered seats.

A bit of investment in proper outdoor shelter would go a long way in improving the customer experience. Without it, you're stuck dealing with the elements while trying to enjoy your meal. If you're just grabbing food and going, it works, but if you're looking to stay for a while, expect to battle...
