if you see an overweight 45+ year old looking brother at the front, save your time and money and don't enter the shop.

the guy will serve you fries he had prepared god knows how long ago because he can't be bothered to wait a couple of mins to serve customers fresh fries, shows you how much he values his customers and his own customer service skills(!)

this man also had the audacity to take out a drink stored outside of the fridge at room temperature/hot temperature when the very drink i requested was in the fridge and there was plenty of it left! and he did this right in front of my eyes?!

food is aight, and there's another brother sometimes at the front who is much more hospitable and accomodating and truly values his customers. however, a majority of the time the overweight brother is the one at the front and he's ruining the business with his lack of care, many of my family and friends are already avoiding the shop after they see that...

Just want to say that I live local and around this area you are not going to find a traditional burger meal that is cheap and always good tasting like this place is. There are 2 different guys that serve me and they are both very respectful and well mannered as long as you show them respect they do the same. I find that every other burger place in the area is not as good tasting and are more expensive for no reason. This is the one if you are like me and just have a craving for a reliable burger meal and don’t want to deal with sometimes rude staff like the other shops in the area. I also noticed that the server noticed I am a slimmer guy so he adds a wing to my meal everytime, for that he has earned my respect. Took food for takeaway previously it was ok, however this time food and customer service was appalling. One side of the shop had a lot of water that looked like pee. My family sat down without realising the state it was in as they were extremely hungry. Only to realise that my wife dress got wet with the dirty water. When confronting them why did they not close that section off he just says it's water coming from the garage without even offering an apology. Absolutely appalling customer service and food was really bad quality this time with wings burnt and soo oily. Also the bun was rock hard so had to tell him to give me another one.
