(American Reviewer) I ordered two medium pizzas and I will agree, they seem a bit small even without the cheesey herb crust. It's fine though as to my husband and I, these tasted like pizzas we could purchase at an American mall or even a low-level league stadium (frozen, heated up in toaster oven, etc.) so we weren't impressed. Now, of the 3 pizza places we went to on our week vacation in England this is the only place that gave me American pepperoni. I just wish it didn't fall short on the taste of the bread, cheese, and sauce. Yes, they may say the ingredients are fresh, etc, but as far as taste to my husband and I, it fell short and if we had a freezer and microwave in our hotel, we could have purchased a frozen pizza at a store, heated it up and probably gotten similar results. They were kind over the phone and patient in trying to understand our order and I appreciate them for allowing us to add to the order and being open late to deliver to our hotel. It's a great, late-night pizza joint with pretty mediocre pizza. That's not exactly a terrible thing, so take it how you will. To each their own. If you're like me and have those late pregnancy cravings for a pizza, this place will at least tide you over until you can get some decent food in the morning.
Note: they don't have parmesan cheese or red pepper flake packets, so for my fellow Americans looking for this with delivery in England, you have to go to the actual Italian restaurants for that.

#1 My review did not state that you had "wood-fired pizza" I said y'all boast about "100% fresh ingredients"
#2 I did request parmesan cheese more than once and when your driver arrived, he seemed to not understand me and kept saying "the cheese is on the pizza" at which point I gave up and took my order upstairs
Pizzas get delivered even further than the miles you quoted and "8 minutes" it supposedly took for us to ride the elevator down, so please don't attempt to use time and temperature as an excuse as to why your pizza simply tastes mediocre to us. Not everyone will like your pizza, hence why there are many pizza places besides yours. I've had pizza delivered to me in a snowstorm in Denver, Colorado and it still tasted great. Read moreAvoid Thief! Delivery guy took our money in cash and my cc was used (£42.13). I did double payment plus we gave £3 tip which delivery guy claims he didn't received any cash! Manager said they will refund the money. 1 month waiting later the owner says there was no money in the money pouch so he is not going to refund. Is this a joke?? 5 people are witness and reported to the police. If refund won't happen and still believing in the thief then I'll proceed with the case. When somebody takes physically the money it doesn't mean he did not. As we students are very disappointed. Called the pizza bar and they are ignoring me. They say manager will call me back but never did.
Edit: I'll tell the whole story because management tries to find excuse.
I called next day because its deducted from my cc the next day. Not when I ordered. And they said cash but turned up it was complimentary. Me and other 4 guys we putted our cash together and he was next to me when he gave to the delivery guy which I WAS THERE I WAS LITERALLY NEXT TO HIM STANDING AND SEEING THAT HE GAVE TO HIM. Its unbelievable you're accusing me a liar and supporting the thief. I'll take this screen shot as evidence that you're trying to find an excuse! Thank you for proving in Google. We had the "pleasure" of dealing with him when he told us our deliveroo order has been too late and is now in the bin and we simply wont be getting it. We were told to order directly from the business but were sent the order with a deliveroo driver 2 hours later. All that after we were shouted at by his employees, we were refused their names to enable us to complaint them they hung up on us. The same happened when the "general manager" refused us a refund while shouting on multiple occasions. I was invited to go see him at 1:30 a.m. on the premises of the CLOSED business! We were told deliveroo are closed so he wont be contacting them! We were then blamed we are trying to steal from the business and threatened we would be sued I'd we left a bad review. We were refused contacts for superiors in order to escalate the matter and were told we aren't customers but waste of time.
