Ming's Take Away — Restaurant in London

Extremely unhappy with the service. I ordered via just eat for home delivery which they charged me delivery as well as additional service charge which was ridiculous. On top of that I got a call from the restaurant that they can't deliver to the flat and have to come down and collect it. I was shocked to hear this when they already charged me double for delivery and service charge and they expect me to come down and collect it ???????. Finally they said to cancel it via just eat which was another hassle and that guy who picked up the phone from Ming was so rude and teaching me that he does not own just eat and all that non sense. I would rather give no star at all and extremely unhappy to make a customer journey such a hassle, on top of that...

It was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered it on UberEats, and because I needed prawn rice to avoid soy sauce, I particularly called the shoo to ask for no soy ,no msg, but the people who answered the phone were very rude and tough, and I never knew I had to put up with the restaurant's temper as a guest. In fact, the food wasn't disappointing, keeping up with the standard of the Chinese restaurant, but the man who answered the phone was very, very rude and eager to say goodbye before I could finish my sentence as if it was seven or eight o 'clock on the weekend. Been a loyal customer of there’s for years now. But when I phoned just now the guy on the other end accused me of never coming down to collect my food. I have always come down despite the fact I’ve got two toddlers indoors, so the driver doesn’t have to climb the stairs. He then had to cheek to ask the driver if it was ok to deliver to my address. This was the final straw and despite the fact he got the go ahead from the driver when he asked me what I wanted I politely replied ‘no thank you’. Absolutely shocking customer service and wouldn’t order from there if someone had a gun to my head. Avoid at all cost... wait till 6pm... order from north...
