Roosters Piri Piri — Restaurant in London

•Where: Roosters Peri Peri - Green Street •Occasion: Late lunch after a long day of shopping •What I ordered: Mixed Platter(Whole Chicken, 4 Wings, 4 Chicken Strips, 2 peri peri Chips) in HOT, Extra portion normal Chips and Sprite & Diet Coke •What I thought: I liked the food. Chicken was nice and soft, marinated well, bursting with flavour. The sauce was spicy HOT, it was just right for those who like spicy & want to enjoy their chicken slowly.

I don’t like dry chicken and was worried the chicken strips will be dry but it was very soft🤘🏽. The chips were a perfect combo to the chicken. I would’ve preferred a bigger plate so I had room to cut my chicken without spilling my chips over or just need to improve my culinary skills.

The Rio Grande: a beef burger with salsa sauce, salad and mayo, ketchup and jalapeño. I requested to add pickles in addition however I think there was a misunderstanding & they replaced my jalapeño with pickles😭

It was really good but would have loved it if it had the jalapeños! I’ve recently come across a few food places that are completely disrespectful, horrible customer service, they know it & don’t care- so I think when we do have great customer service we should celebrate it. @greenstreet_roosters have excellent customer service never had any complaints. Thank you @greenstreet_roosters !...

THE WORST ROOSTERS PIRI PIRI.. I have been to. We spent around £19 on 2 burgers & chips + 6 wings. The beef burger was way overcooked and was literally like eating rubber. The chicken burger was also well overdone and TASTELESS!.. The 6 wings were undercooked to my surprise and pink in the middle. The 2 drink also tasted very funky when questioned told theres nothing wrong with the drinks 'your taste buds are off' when asked if we could have cans reply was 'we don't do cans, There's nothing wrong with drinks the ice makes it taste different'..

We don't live in London & travelled approx 40 miles for shopping on Green Street. Can truly say I am suprised how people can eat here. Our local Roosters is always cooked perfectly & never once received a complaint from us..

The service by the cashier was also poor and if I was the owner of this branch I would seriously look into how customers...

Family of 8 end up being iftar time ordered in advanced I did take into consideration that it may get busy asked for dine-in paid and was given one of those counter recall tabs, waited well over 45minutes 30 minutes passed iftar time no-recall I approached a second time after being told the first time it is very busy won't be long to only be told I called your order out you didn't come! I said you didn't press recall buzzer we were not sat within the area they made NO conscious effort to come out and call out if button wasn't working! Anyway finally got order only to be given half of order then when I asked for plates even though we were 8 people for dine-in they refused and only gave 4 plates then I had to ask for trays.
