Mooboo Kensington — Restaurant in London

Ordered for the 1st time. Peach lychee tea with cherry poppings - the drink itself was good, but they added sooo much poppings (like half of the cup), that the drink was too sweet and not enjoyable. Unfortunately there is an artificial sweetener in either their drinks or toppings (I have a really bad aftertaste if that's the case). The other drink which was raspberry tea with cherry poppings landed in a rubbish bin. It tastes weird, like some chemical. Very artificial and overly sweet as well. Very unprofessional after sales service. We went to mooboo Kensington last Thursday 06 August 2020. Bought cremeblee & mooboo fresh cost £6.88 price on menu, but I’ve been charged £8.59. I wasn’t been given receipt. I found the I’ve been over-charged the following week on my bank statement, I tried to contact Kensington 4 times by phone and the lady said they couldn’t help and rest 3 times no answer, I left voicemail but no one come back to me with a single explanation. Amazing bubble tea, right on my doorstep. The staff are super friendly and happy to talk through the flavours, and some of the toppings I've never seen before at other chains like Bubbleology. I've had the taro tea from almost every chain and this was by far the tastiest - just the right balance of popcorn savory with the delicious brown sugar sweetness.
