Morley's Lee — Restaurant in London

Ordered 16 wings as well as some other food, got delivered 4 wings. Called the place to ask them to deliver the rest, the guy on the phone kept not listening to what I was trying to tell him, talking over me and being very rude, then said there's no drivers and to just order some more wings again and ask just eat for a refund - even though morleys is the one that messed up the order. Also what if I didn't have the money to order more? When I tried to tell him that I can't do that and it's their fault so they should sort it out as its ruined my meal he hung up the phone on me and wouldn't...

They used to be really good, hence the 2 ⭐️ and not just one… first I opened my box and found the fries super hard, over cooked. It was ready quickly so I’m sure it wasn’t fried fresh but fried the second time after thinking about it now. So I fried a portion myself at home… then got to the meat. Boy was I WRONG!! The wings were the greasiest I’ve ever tasted ended up chucking them.. The chicken Burger I took two bites out of and the chicken was tasteless and like it been sitting in the heating area for too long…
