It's as if they possess a secret superpower to instantly brighten your day. Their enthusiasm for coffee is contagious, and they have a knack for making you feel like you're part of their caffeinated family.

Read moreI pass this small coffee shop on my way to work - I only noticed it a couple of weeks ago. I always try to support small businesses rather than big name companies, so purchased a flat white coffee on two occasions. The first time I used the shop (last week) the young man serving was talking in an animated and loud manner with his colleague about how most people get on his nerves - this was while while he was taking my order. He took the order wrong and I got a flat white with oat milk (I'd ordered a regular flat white). OK, no worries, it was 7:30 AM and we all make mistakes. When I said the order was wrong I got a bit of a grumpy response, but I was given the correct order so went on my way. Fair enough, I also find many people get on my nerves but would not say this at work. Not very professional, and not very positive in attitude. I went in again yesterday morning, same time, same order, same member of staff. While I waited in the que for my drink, he was again talking loudly and enthusiastically (almost as though he was putting on a one man show for the people using the shop) about a certain political figure (not from the UK by the way), and how much he hated him. Politics aside, I do not feel 'good vibes' from the staff here. A barista should not assume that customers need to hear a political rant while waiting for a coffee first thing in the morning. And considering everything that was said was very obviously for the benefit of all within hearing distance, the staff should also not assume that everyone will share their political views. I do not! Twice now I have ordered a drink and both times were negative. Never again! Costa is a short distance up the road so that's where I will continue getting my...
Read moreLocated on the main road literally round the corner of Whitechapel station and right opposite royal London hospital. Just down the road from the well known Costa coffee you guys gotta try this place. It’s a nice little cosy speciality coffee shop with a small seating area inside and when sunny has seats outside. The staff are very friendly and are experienced in the history/process of coffee beans they use and sell. The do have offers, as I was contemplating purchasing the coffee beans they said if you buy a bag of beans you get the coffee for free!! So I tried it before I bought the product which was absolutely gorgeous!! The mocha had notes of chocolate, toffee and slight nuttiness from the amaretto, lovely and creamy with the oat milk. Added bonus with the latte art as I know it’s harder for art using dairy alternatives lolz. Definitely recommend trying it I bought the larger coffee beans bag at £35 including your free cup of coffee, made it at home and can say truly enjoyed the taste and quality of the coffee. A great find as it’s real hard to come across places that are so passionate about what they do, a diamond...
