Jenny made sure we were greeted with a friendly smile and manner, talking to us whilst she found somewhere for us to sit. One of the other ladies told her there was enough space at the back for us at the back so we didn’t have to wait at all. Jenny made us feel welcome and we felt as if we could approach her at any point during our visit. She even noticed when one of us was still waiting for our food and without being asked went to find it. Kayleigh was also brilliant and friendly. She came over enough times but not too much to check we were okay and didn’t need anything. If we did she helped us quickly and always smiled as she walked past. I also noticed she was taking a lady with a baby in a buggy to the back and even made sure the lady knew she was going to help her with the buggy on the stairs. I noticed that all of the team working today looked like they enjoy their job and interacting with customers as they were all happy throughout the visit and every customer was thanked before they left. so i have come to nando’s VERY hungry may i add, me and my two friends ordered at the same time. I ordered my food @ 7:23 and time has gone by without me getting my food, my friends had an issue where their order. They had mixed wings in there which hadn’t been present and because the chef couldn’t put it back on the grill they agreed to make 5 more MEDIUM wings which is HALF OF WHAT I ORDERED. WHY HAVE I NOW COME ACROSS MY FRIEND GETTING HER 5 MEDIUM WINGS BEFORE MY FOOD HAS EVEN COME. I have now politely asked the waiter what happened with my food and if it was on its way she came back to me to say it was ordered only 8 minutes ago when my purchase was already 22 minutes in. There was also a lot of people who ordered similar things to me who came in a while after and had their food before me. I just find it a bit displeasing that it happened as i love a cheeky nando’s but just not in...

If you like Peri Peri Chicken, then this is the place for you. Actually they have a Beanie Pitta which is actually pretty darn good! They staff here are great, they have what I feel is a high turnover, as when I visit I always see a new smiling face.

Placing as order for a takeaway is very easy when you are in the restaurant face to face. But over the phone, can take a little longer if you are calling on a Friday evening. They do tend to get busy. They did mess up one order over the last 5 years of me ordering there, but were very quick to help fix it without taking any additional time.

I don't think I have ever eaten in at this particular restaurant, so cannot speak for the table service, but if it's anything like the takeaway service, you will have nothing to worry about.
