I thought let me go and make use of this eat out offer in August big mistake !

After waiting around 70-80mins in the Online queue We arrived and we were greeted by a very smiley manager and taken to our table and explained the new way of ordering .

The website was very slow loading and 2/3 the codes we were given didn’t even work

So after puttting my hand up like a school child to get attention 3/4 times someone finally came over.

Finally after 10 mins or so Managed to order, I decided For the double chicken burger with chips and rice And bottomless drink

Drinks arrived

About 5 mins later food arrived

Had to re ask for sauces as they forgot Realised they forgot the cutlery so had to put my hand up again and wait again for someone to notice then having to ask again .

Finally look at my food the chips tasted ok and the rice

But the chicken was very pale and just about cooked , there were no grill marks or nothing just slathered in sauce and mayo to disguise the fact it looked wrong ,

I took out one of the pieces of chicken cut into it and it was cooked just about had a few bits of it and it had a very funny texture .

I ate the chips and rice and Started to feel funny

I decide to ask for a take away box to take the Rest of burger went in the bin

The person I was with told me to complain via email as I have a bad temper , so that why nothing was said at the time Long story short

The burger went into the bin as I was vomiting on the way home

Was bed bound for a whole day But no more Nando’s for me disgusting experience , and when I contacted them I was sent a list of interrogation questions .
