DISHONEST - Just bought some laddoos and gulab jamun. I wanted half kg if laddoos and asked him to mix two varieties and he agreed as the price was the same. Then he weighed it and I could see it was 526 gms. Just before packing he took one laddoo and placed it back. Effectively I got less than 500gms. The worker tells me to wait at the till twice aggressive way , the lady that got just in front couldn't find her card so she said its OK to me to pay I haven't finished, then the cashier took money without saying a word no thank you or smiles, il go to ambala across the road. You people need to learn customer service how to deal with customers nicely , this happening because you pack up and leave the order at the front and anyone can just walk to the tills. This was a complete rip-off. We ordered 1kg of sweets, and all we got was 4 sweets in 4 boxes, which in a total was 12 only, which isn’t 1kg! On top of that, some of the sweets were missing, like our gulab jamuns were missing when we clearly asked him for those. How can a sweet shop get something this basic so wrong?
