Even though the food didn’t arrive as hot and freshly made to be enjoyed, I have to still give it a 5-star rating, food is meant to be enjoyed straight out of the pan so not their fault if noodles soaked up a lot of the soup (the broth was delicious) as it sat in traffic. The Jian noodles were stuck together but with some tossing in a separate bowl it came together nicely. This type of noodle dish is also good at room temperature or cold, the hefty amount of cucumbers was great too as there was almost too much sauce and was on the saltier side because of it. This time however an employee called ‘Jiaxin’ was absolutely rude and disrespectful to us, would roll her eyes at us, speak in a rude tone and when we tried to call her over to our table she blatantly ignored us, we ended up having to ask 3 employees to get the same thing. After we finished she brought us our check and asked us to pay downstairs in which we did, she practically ran behind us in which she almost tried to push pass me to try and get downstairs quicker and watched us to see if we’d pay from the top of the stairs, which was extremely disrespectful. The order was eventually cancelled and they made the refund. Wasted my time and didn’t get the food after a long wait.
The requested delivery time in the order confirmation email was 21:36 and they called me at 21:39 and 21:43, telling that they need to arrange a Uber to deliver. In addition, the attitude of staff was bad and I needed to repeat myself a couple of times to cancel the order. What the customer simply wants is to get the delivery door to door within a reasonable waiting time.
