Nostimo — Restaurant in London

Went in for coffee but was pleasantly shocked with the array of superb home made Mediterranean / Greek food in the display so we stayed for lunch. Best decision ever. Had the pleasure of tasting the Best stuffed cabbage leaves (with lamb rice and spices, complimented by a good egg and lemon sauce) in the UK. Giouvetsi superb. Superb Cannelloni, better than many Italian restaurants. Tallulah bursting with freshness and colour. All dishes were accompanied by Superb Fresh, Tasty Salads. Good size portions. Excellent prices. The place is spotless and nicely decorated. Spacious with good seating arrangements. The staff is very polite and friendly, knowledgeable of the food and the ingredients. Everything is made fresh at the start of the day and you can tell the difference in taste. There is also moussaka, pasticio, kritharaki, kleftiko and other dishes on offer. On deserts, their Orange pie is superb, good Kataifi too. The place is not just a restaurant, you can walk in for a coffee, or a desert, or a sandwich, or Greek pies. Seat in or take away. What a gem 💎 of a restaurant!!

This local and lovely 🥰 Greek restaurant is without a doubt the best restaurant in the whole of Golders Green high street.

Firstly, you can see right away that it’s the cleanest, most appealing restaurant in the street.

As you walk in you can see an array of beautiful looking food that whets your appetite.

We had beef with orzo. It came with side vegetables/salads of your choice.

Also had stuffed aubergine 🍆 again with salads such as tabouleh, Greek salad 🥗 with feta cheese, beetroot salad, artichoke salad, and cooked vegetables 🥦 🥕 🥦 🥕

The flavours of everything we are were fantastic. The meat was delicious and we enjoyed every bite.

The staff and lovely and friendly and very helpful.

And of course, only by tasting the food for yourself can you experience how good the food is.

We’ll definitely be back as there are so many other foods on the menu we would like to taste.

Can't believe I didn't get round to reviewing this wonderful new spot on the high street! Walked in one evening and asked if it were possible to book for a party of 15 people. The owners and other staff were very welcoming and accommodating to us all. We had the back of the restaurant organised into a long table which was great to chat to everyone and there was plenty of space for the dishes we ordered. We ordered plenty of starters to share and they came out efficiently, timed very well with the hot starters. The mains were generously portioned and they were always on the look out to top up our bread basket/plate of pita - Which in itself was glorious, warm, and fluffy. Service was exceptional that we came back as a smaller group of 3 to enjoy their fantastic selection of fresh salads and their veggie hot dishes. Excellent value for the quality and taste...
