The dining experience at this Indian restaurant was exceptional. The service stood out for being attentive, friendly, and highly professional—special thanks to the restaurant for their excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious, featuring rich flavors and perfectly balanced spices. A special note of appreciation goes to the restaurant for customizing the taste on request. The papad and chutney were a highlight, offering some of the best flavors imaginable—fresh and full of taste. The drinks gelled well with the food, enhancing the overall experience. The atmosphere was exquisite, with candlelight and soft music creating a mesmerizing ambiance. It truly felt like the perfect night out, leaving a lasting impression. This restaurant comes highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic Indian cuisine in a delightful setting.

Had a wonderful time hosting my birthday party here last year. Here're a few pictures we took before the party kicked off, with a few early arrivals and the restaurant's staff. I have had dinner at this restaurant before, and it was a surprise-find when my cameraman and I were looking for a place to grab something to eat, after an event. I am so glad to have discovered this place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates good food without the pretentiousness and ridiculous price tags they come with, in London's West End. Great value for money and the quality of food, and the service is perfect.

Tasting Sicily - Enzo's Kitchen by Enzo Olivieri Chef, is the temple of the authentic and innovative Sicilian cuisine in the heart of London (close to Piccadilly). The restaurant - furnished in a elegant and sophisticated style - offers an original and generous menù à la carte of the most typical Sicilian dishes made with the high quality of the ingredients carefully selected by small local producers and assembled, by Enzo Olivieri Chef, in innovative recipes with contemporary flavor, preferring the naturalness and genuineness of raw materials of the traditional Sicilian taste.

We tried this restaurant because of its proximity to Leicester Square, good reviews, and we were trying to support a small business, however we were very disappointed with our food. The arancini balls tasted and looked as though they were previously frozen and the 'ragu' sauce was bland - as though it was just drained from tinned tomatoes. The lasagne was boiling in some places and cold in others so probably (poorly) microwaved. The tortellini didn't taste fresh either and looked as though it was just from a packet, and we questioned whether any of it was made from scratch at all? The beef steak was wonderful, but unfortunately the green peppercorn sauce it came in was awful. When I asked a member of staff what was in the sauce I was met quite bluntly with "cream. And green peppercorns." So I'm none the wiser what could have made it taste so bad!

A second member of staff did ask us if everything was okay with the meal when she came to clear the plates, but when we said 'not really...' she just said "oh" and walked off 🤣 Considering the previous review responses have said 'post-lockdown we are developing our menu, all feedback is of paramount importance to us' we didn't feel they were interested in our feedback at all.

We paid for the food no problem but didn't add a service charge as we didn't want to ask for money off the food, so it was a bit awkward when the waitress came over and asked us if we were leaving a tip 🙄

Lots of potential but sadly we wouldn't recommend the food - there are lots of other restaurants to try...

Never been to a restaurant with such a lack of atmosphere. I ordered the chicken in cream sauce, it was shocking! I sent it back as it was cold so ended up eating on my own as the rest of my family has finished. The chicken was such poor quality with no taste, it said that it came with roast potatoes and I specifically asked the waitress if it had veg also, She said yes. It came with no veg and 5 wedges that were like the bag ones that you can get from the supermarket. All the waiting on staff were very young and could not understand our requests. Asked for meat, either pepperoni or ham to be put on a margarita pizza and she just said no!! My son enjoyed the pizza that came and the lasagne and carbona was just ok. When we asked for the bill I told a gentleman that appeared to be in charge that my meal was cold and had to be sent back, he just looked, shrugged and walked away. When the bill came I told the waitress that I was not really happy to pay for my meal and why. She went off and came back to say that she had took it off the bill and also 20% which was appreciated. But what should have been a nice family meal on our weekend away in London was ruined by the not great food and poor service. I really think that the young staff need more training on the menu, clearing glasses and plates that are not being used etc and sort the atmosphere out, maybe a little music and less...

From the outset, we encountered a series of issues that demonstrated a lack of respect for us as customers and for the very concept of hospitality. Below is a breakdown of the issues we faced:

Reservation Not Honored: Despite having a reservation, it quickly became apparent that it was not taken seriously. No table was ready for us upon arrival, and the staff seemed confused and unprepared

Unnecessary Inconvenience: Our experience was further marred by being asked to move up and down the stairs as the staff scrambled to find us a table. This lack of organization not only wasted our time but also conveyed a clear disregard for guest comfort.

Lack of Basic Service: Once we were finally seated, the service did not improve. We were left without menus, forcing us to wait aimlessly and wonder about the meal options.

Inadequate Seating Arrangement: Adding insult to injury, the proposed seating arrangement was to split our group of six into two separate tables—four at one and two at another. This suggestion was not only inconvenient but also detracted significantly from our dining experience, as we had intended to enjoy our meal together as a single group.

Given these compounded issues, we felt our only option was to leave as we had 2 children with us as well.

I hope this feedback prompts this place to improve its service and...
