Panzerotto & Co — Restaurant in London

I had a great experience at Panzerotto & co, the location is lovely as it’s close to the mall and based in the centre of Hammersmith right next to the station. The quality of food is exceptional and genuinely tasty, it’s very difficult to imitate real Italian food and I feel that this place has been able to accomplish that flavour and taste, I do feel that most Italians take offence to any Italian pizza shop In the UK as they embrace their culture abit too much and have too many expectations hence why they are quite critical and over judgmental. Great experience recently. Been in often, served by Mandil. Helpful friendly service, even when he is busy, and pizza always prepared and baked to perfection. Always reassuring walking in and seeing it's him working as I know I'll have a great pizza! Excellent tasty tomato sauce on the base, right amount of cheese and toppings and a great bake, every time.

I stopped coming here for a while as I'd had consistent bad experiences.The people working FOH have changed (maybe improvements behind the scenes too, there's changes inside the premises) and this definitely shows. Very happy with my recent visits and will be recommending this...

This restaurant uses an italian name and menu but I did not understand where this people are from. I have ordered a couple of dishes and the quality was so bad that it ended up in the bin. I called the restaurant to ask why they are misreprresenting the culture and products. The gentleman on the phone insisted that the ingredients are italian. they were not, however, even if they were, they were handled wrongly and therefore the dough was raw, the sauce was cooked and with garlic, which does not go in a margherita... extremely disappointed!
