Panzerotto Blues — Restaurant in London

Unfortunately customer service is lacking when ordering in person. Not much of a greeting or general pleasantries. Pizzas are great but let down elsewhere as below.

We ordered the deep fried courgette flowers and two pizzas. I went back after 5 mins to ask a question (if the pizzas could be sliced as some places don't slice them), and the chap assumed I was asking about the pizzas. So before I asked anything he said "Yes we are doing them now". I knew it hadn't been the 15 mins that he said it would take so was a bit taken aback. The courgette flowers were ready though so we took them, they were not hot and when biting in to them they were watery and not pleasant.

Took them back and told him, I found out they are frozen so that makes sense. But again lacking customer service (EDIT See response to this review.....swearing at customers), no apology or anything and I asked for a refund. The chap doesn't know how to do refunds on his till so gave me cash but needed £2 change which I didn't have, I told him to charge me for a drink which was £2 and I would pay on card. Took a while for that to sink in.

There is limited seating in that area of the market but what seating is available is covered with empty pizza dough trays so not allowing customers to...

♿✔️ The whole of tooting market is quite decent for wheelchair access however some stalls have slightly higher counters. 💺 Seating is a mix of tables/chairs and benches. 🚻 Can be opened with a key wheelchair access is available on the ground floor. 🔊 Noise levels can be quite loud in peak as they have a DJ there however it's not unpleasant as it's all quite open so it's still quite easy to talk.

Came to Panzerotto Blues on a Monday bank holiday night, it was super easy to order and the chef there helped us with the menu and even advised what was the best to order (panz roast) which was amazing! It's quite a different dish, very crispy and full of a delicious filling 😋! We ordered the mozzarella sticks as well good for a snack but not as fresh.

If you're in tooting market I'd definitely recommend...

Ordered on Deliveroo, got an abuse phone call from some guy at the restaurant a couple hours later: My food turned up cold and burnt, I was encouraged by Deliveroo to leave a review which I did as my right. Few hours later at gone 10pm I get a hatful phonecall from their restaurant telling me I can’t leave a bad review on Deliveroo. I absolutely can and the review was valid. I ended up hanging up on captain shouty because I don’t have to deal with that - frankly it’s embarrassing on their part. If the foods bad and cold, own that. Don’t call me and give me hate for it. Deliveroo opened a harassment case and ended up refunding me the whole meal a week later. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. My advise would be some anger management for...
