Introduction: Nestled in the heart of Canary Wharf, Papa John's offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a quick bite or a casual dining experience. During my recent visit, I had the opportunity to sample their renowned pizzas and explore their menu.
Service: The staff at Papa John's Canary Wharf were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. They promptly took our orders and were happy to answer any questions we had about the menu.
Food Quality: The highlight of the meal was, without a doubt, their signature pizzas. The crust was just the right amount of crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The tomato sauce had a delightful tang, and the cheese was perfectly melted, creating a deliciously harmonious combination.
Unique Offerings: What impressed me the most was their array of unique pizza creations, offering a twist on traditional favorites.
Pricing: While some may find the prices slightly higher than other pizza chains, the quality of the ingredients and the taste justified the cost. Additionally, they had some great value deals that made the overall experience more affordable.
Ambiance: The restaurant had a comfortable and relaxed ambiance, with ample seating and pleasant decor. It's an excellent spot for a casual get-together with friends or a quick solo lunch.
Drawbacks: The only minor drawback was the limited selection for vegetarians. Although the pizzas were delicious, a few more vegetarian options on the menu would be appreciated.
Conclusion: Overall, my experience at Papa John's Canary Wharf was delightful. The attentive service, delectable pizzas, and inviting ambiance make it a fantastic spot for pizza enthusiasts. I would gladly recommend it to both locals and visitors looking for a satisfying pizza experience in...
Read moreNOT HALAL and staff have been misleading customers for years on this even during Ramadan.
Today I was told NOTHING is halal.
Even the Vegetarian food has cross-contamination. Although Papa Johns in other areas is more trusted this branch cannot be trusted.
Muslims and Vegans/Vegetarians must avoid this place. I will spread the word - believe me on that one. Disgusting. They need to remove their V for vegetarian from all related food and have a sign up explaining it is not halal since this community is 40% Bengali and probably 50-60% Muslim. Shame on you.
And this isn’t an attempt to defame a company I’m genuinely appalled that people have served my friends and I for years and told me it is halal. I appreciate the honesty of the workers today but they kept blaming me as they do not have a halal certificate which isn’t required for Cheese & Tomato pizza.
Vegetarian food is Halal but you won’t find Halal certificates because there is no meat involved. That’s why Muslims can buy vegetarian food from everywhere as long as the servers explain whether there is...
Read moreSome nice people work here but the actual customer service and experience leaves A LOT to be desired. The Papa John's pizza "Guest" wifi network that is supposed to be available to customers is NOT available. They have NO tap water. The employees are not well trained on their computer systems and it took almost 15 minutes today for him to simply enter my order (he was almost sent away mid-order - it could have taken 30! This at a time when almost no one else was there.) Finally, they don't have nearly enough chairs for the space.
If they simply enabled the Guest wifi and put some chairs and tables outside on the empty deck for people to sit in the summer, I bet this place would be absolutely packed. As it happened, it was virtually empty for most of my visit.
The manager and employees were INCREDIBLY nice. The pizza was at least OK.
But in terms of customer service, customer consideration, and employee training it seems like the upper management of this franchise may be really...
