Ordered takeaway via ubereats. Live five mins from restaurant. Food turned up stone cold.
Tried to get refund/ money off from restaurant/ ubereats but nothing.
Left a review and got the most un-customer friendly reply and a nonsense excuse about winter being issue that the food arrived cold.
It's London and it's the winter. If you can't do take away service properly, just don't offer it!
Customers aren't stupid and when you order takeaway, and it's sent in cardboard boxes, it's no wonder it arrives cold. Plenty of other places manage to send hot food.
And businesses who can't be nice to their customers eventually close.
A simple 'im sorry, here's 10%' or something would have been the clever business thing to do (assuming you don't really care you are sending out cold food and can't be bothered to improve your product to meet your customer's pretty acceptable expectations).
I would not recommend the food or the service. Bad attitude...

I was very thankful that this was done and trusted him to provide what he thought was the best alternative.
When my order came, I was pleased to discover that the store sealed my order with a sweet and humorous handwritten note presenting the option he specially created for me due to my allergy. Also - It was delicious :) I will share my experience wnd recommendation with anyone I know visiting the area. Thanks for...

Unfortunately the typical halloumi introjections which are not greek but Cypriot, and are omnipresent in Greek places here. I get that restaurants feel the need to include them, but you will not find them in Greece anyways.
Location is in the market, which I don't like as it's chaotic and very loud in the evenings. However each to their own.
My main issue are the prices, which are quite high. Obviously it is all clearly stated in the menus, so it is your choice to dine here. But you need about 20 pounds per person satiate yourself, for what is essentially takeaway food. For example, one wrap is just shy of 10 pounds... The typical plague and short sightedness of almost every greek place in London. Too many open and as many close...
