Pizza 2 Night — Restaurant in London

UPDATE: 11/2022: I have been ordering here again lately. Very please with the food and service. I havent seen the chef who was rude. I have increase my rating. minus 1 start for late delivery, but not big deal. Will order again.

Orginal: I dont like giving bad reviews but this was unacceptable. I went to the shop to order. I wanted a stuff crust (which ive had before). Told no. Ok. I then looked at the menu and questioned why seeing as it was on the menu. At this point the chef was shouting at drivers, the lost the plot, and pushed me out the door. last Night I had order food from this pizza bar , everting were mind blowing . the pizza dough was totally fresh and yummy . the toppings were spared prefect and were tasty . in one word , their pizza were brilliant . Also I had cheesy Nachos and Buffalo wings as side order that taste perfect , nachos were crispy in rech salsa Sauce and wings were well cook in buffalo Sauce . when I looked at their menu , I saw different kind of deals . Worst experience ever! I ordered a pizza Sunday night before closing time and thought "nice they are still accepting my order". Then my house mates and I waited for one hour until we had to realise that the pizzas won't arrive anymore. But they still charged me for the pizzas.. Obviously I tried to call the place immediately to ask for my refund but no one picked up the phone. So I waited for the next morning to call again..nothing happened. Then on the next day at 4PM !!!! the delivery man knocked on my door to give me the pizzas that I have ordered 14 HOURS earlier?!?! I asked for a refund over a week now.
