Tonight, I had the pleasure of dining at GO GO PIZZA , and I must say, the experience was remarkable. The food quality and taste were exceptional—surpassing even the delivered version, which I have enjoyed multiple times at home. For those contemplating delivery, I would highly recommend dining in to truly savor the flavors.

Upon arrival, I ordered my usual favorites, and I was pleased to find the food just as fresh and hot as always. The consistency in the quality of the dishes is commendable. However, the waiting time was a significant downside. Despite being given an estimated waiting time, I received my meal after a delay that was double what was initially communicated. This is an area where the restaurant could certainly improve.

The restaurant itself is well-maintained and exudes cleanliness. It’s evident that hygiene is a priority here, which is reassuring for diners. That said, I noticed the absence of hand sanitizers or hand washing facilities, which would be a valuable addition, especially in the current health climate.

This place is a complete disgrace. I was quoted one price over the phone, then charged more on delivery — no explanation, just blatant dishonesty. On top of that, the staff clearly struggle with basic English, which led to my order being completely wrong. They then argued with me, insisting I ordered what I definitely did not, refusing to admit any fault. Unbelievable.

Rude and unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe it — no manners, no respect, and no attempt to resolve the issue. They just hung up the phone mid-conversation. Appalling customer service.

As for the food — I found a hair in the pizza, and it was clearly not fresh. Absolutely revolting. I’ve also seen rats running around their shop before, which explains the lack of hygiene. Staff were handling money then immediately preparing food without washing their hands. It’s filthy and unsafe.
