PizzaExpress — Restaurant in London

Very poor experience. We ordered meals for my wife and I and two children's meals. On noticing that they now come with houmous, we asked for one of the children's portions to come with garlic butter. We were told that was fine. When our food arrived, 2 adult starters came but only one portion of dough balls. I had to go up and ask for another portion as they had clearly been forgotten. No real apology was made. Then when our mains came, the same thing happened, they brought us our mains but only one child pizza. I had to go up again to ask for a second child's main. At no point during our meal did anyone come over to ask how the meal was. They didn't really apologise for both mistakes, or offer to take any money off the bill, so we decided to not pay any service, as we don't really feel we received it here. Getting the attention of any staff was very difficult. I had to walk up to the till to pay once our bill eventually came. Pizza bases were pretty soggy. When offered condiments, what we asked for was never brought over. We won't be coming back here again. It wasn't even that busy. I would give zero...

Although it wasn't busy, service was slow and a bit haphazard. Daughter's doughballs didn't arrive and we spent 45 mins waiting for pizzas - when they arrived my "Romana" (thin crispy base) was undercooked and soggy. To be fair to the manager when I pointed it out he got it cooked properly but when your speciality is pizzas you should be able to cook the dough right first time! We weren't the only table having issues, at least 2 other tables out of 6 were having to chase their meals or get refunded for bad food. The pizzas are tasty when they're done right but all a bit...

Regulars here and today we had a children’s pizza making party.

Dominos accommodated us fantastically well and the kids loved it as they could then eat what they had created.

The pizza here tastes better than its peers and feels healthier as it leaves a nice taste in your mouth.

As these kids parties take place mid-morning we could also witness the prepping of the chefs who clearly use fresh ingredients for the pizzas.

Best of all it works out good value for money especially for the kids meals and if you make the most of your Dominos app/O2...
