Pret A Manger — Restaurant in London

URGENT MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC!!! NW6 KILBURN The Barista is really unprofessional and rude. I was in shock. I just swapped the chair with another chair and the Barista started shouting at me for no reason. HE SAID YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE ANYTHING IN HERE. He used bad language against me . All customers were surprised about it. He is not polite. He tried to attack me with the sweep all CCTV Footage are available. The manager told him to leave downstairs he refused to leave and he wants to come out and fight with me . He used bad language against me , swearing in his own language. This Pret is absolutely rubbish not manners to customers and the staff are not qualified to work there at all. He is not qualified for the public. I don't think the manager is happy with him. He is very abusive, aggressive and unprofessional. He should be sacked immediately. I am distressed , i am on old man suffering from blood pressure and diabetes. He shouldn't treat customers like that , especially in Christmas. Customers are disappointed with the staff , The manager is not strong enough to tell him off. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION !!! just now I was at this shop, and the treatment I got from the staff here was absolutely disgusting in every sense of the word, they literally tried to beat me up, and refused to give me my coffee which I paid for, just because I asked the guy who served me why are you making fun of me with your colleague for asking to have one pump of hazelnut in my coffee, they said to each other “should we give him half shot or full shot” and laughed I clearly heard and saw that… the guy came up to face with his chest puffed and shouted “ who made fun of you” nobody made fun of you, just go away, and three of them approached me like they were going to force me out, and in front of my eyes they spilled my coffee down the sink and they said just go!!! Just got service by most rude and disrespectful person over the till, who call herself a manager. Even being customer here, I smile & said Good morning & ordered my coffee & asked to be put in my thermos ( which In hurry I called cup as I’m biker and was pulling thermos out of my bag while managing gloves & 2 helmets,, So in return she had no smile or bother to say GM , instead replied saying this is thermos not cup you don’t know the difference (what the hell, where was this coming from! ) I replied yeah ok , can I have in thermos, she goes like no because hands can burn while filling it, I said 10 other pret does it & she had audacity to say go to other pret then, as if she owns the pret , wow what a jokers are recruited by Pret these days. As if she didn’t want to work there. Pret Management needs to really address...
