The shop used to be great, customer service was fast and friendly. Now however, the staff changed, there is a new gentleman behind the counter and only one girl making coffees and drinks, struggling to keep up. I was served white coffee when asked for black filter, and only realised when drank a big gulp. Not a good experience for a someone allergic to lactose. Then, the last few days my orders were just ignored and a the customers after me were served well before me. There is a chaos during mornings, orders are confused and not correct for other customers too. It takes me 10 minutes to get a black filter coffee at pret now, with bad customer service.
