Pret A Manger — Restaurant in London

I visit pret very often. Specifically this shop couse its near my house so I can easly get there any time. I love the food, its always fresh and tasty. Coffees are great and the shop is tidy and cosy. The staff in the shop is really friendly and polite. They create great atmosphere and seem to be kind people. Even tho I really like this shop I have to say that there is one thing that upsets me. One of the staff member doesnt make a tasty coffee. The woman with light blond, shorter hair doesnt make as good coffee as others. Im always nervous when I go to the shop couse I dont want her to make my coffee however Im shy person and dont feel comfortable to say to the baristas that I dont want her to do it couse its not nice. Whenever she makes my coffee I cant enjoy it. For example when I order mocha its tasty and I never use sugar however when she makes my mocha its so bitter that its not possible to drink it without huge amount of sugar, also I can never taste any chocolate. Other drinks are also untasteful. I wish that maybe she could get like another training or something to improve couse its really sad when I go to get my coffee or something and I cant enjoy it. Usually I force myself to drink at least a bit couse I hate to waste, but I have to throw the most of it. I think that this worker is really nice. She is always smiling and chatting with customers and is really creating great atmosphere but her drinks are simply not good. My friend who buys drinks in this shop said to me that he had same eperiences many times. Im writing this feedback couse I wish she could improve her barista skills or Im going to have to find different coffee shop even if it wont be so close to my house. 😌The staff is very nice and friendly. Despite not very nice reviews about costumer service I have had only good experience so far. I often get free coffee in my own Pret cup from super friendly people working there.

☕️🥑🥪Food is always fresh. Lovely selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and hot meals including soups with vegetarian and vegan options available. After lunch time not much is left and there is almost no chance you will get your favourite sandwich in the evening.

🏠The space is not large, but it is very nice and cosy with tall windows. Music is not too loud and most of the time it is a pleasant background music to help get into working mood or just relax. However, because of its small size, the cafe gets extremely crowded during the lunch time so I normally choose to go some place else instead.

😕The cafe has two entrances, one being in use. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet inside, although I cannot imagine how it would be possible to get in with a wheelchair using the entrance with three very steep and narrow steps. UPDATE: I saw the staff was helping a wheelchair user to get in and out. They used the door which is usually not in use and folding...

A lovely place to have a coffee after a long day. My only reason given the 3 stars is that I arrived 17:25 and ordered my hot drink. As I was ordering the lady making the hot drinks told the guy taking orders that it’s enough as not to take more orders (maybe the manager as she was the one wearing the white shirt). Behind me there was another lady who ordered a hot drink, a warm snack and fruit…. The guy told her “we’re closing soon so you have to be finished by then”….we looked at each other puzzled as it was 17:29 so technically still 30 minutes to closing time. She replied: don’t worry I will long gone! As I was seated having my drink I saw the poor lady eating as fast as she could. The staff were sweeping around us and after they started moping. I just don’t understand why a company so big can’t pay extra time for the staff to clean after closing so that the customers can have a more pleasant time while...
