One of the best coffee shops in London designer outlet.

Staff delivers the service with smile and is super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Manager Susan.

There was an lady struggling to get to car park after requesting Susan if I could borrow their chair till the London Designer Outlet carpark

Manage not only allowed me to borrow the chair but help me carry the chair till the first couple of yards and offered to support me throughout till we could have got the lady to the carpark

There are very few people who would go out of their way to help everyone and Susan and her team definitely deserves big round of applause for what they did today

The coffee shop itself has a nice outdoors and indoors sitting area

If you are coming to London Designer Outlet in Wembley and after a long day of shopping this is perfect place to pause and grab a coffee and eat something

Best part of Pret a Mangers is that they are consistent; you can go into one wherever you are, and encounter familiar sandwiches & coffee They do have all the options but what makes this one different is the service

I can't thank enough for what Susan and staff did for us today

Visited in Sep 2022 again .. great...

We walked in at 19:50 and noticed the staff was busy cleaning up as if to close. We asked until what time they were open and they informed us that it was until 20:30. We chose our meal and sat down to dine in the restaurant. After a few minutes they started washing the floor and we had to eat our meal with the strong bleach smell of the detergent used for cleaning. The staff then proceeded to bring indoors some chairs from outside, scraping the furniture on the floor and making a terrible noise. We asked twice if it was possible to make less noise because our baby was asleep...and we received smirks and laughter from the staff, and were not taken seriously. Very unacceptable as we have to pay extra money to dine in the restaurant!! I am very upset with this experience and suggest training the staff to respect paying customers until...

Really annoying. Bought wraps and frappuccinos to eat in, asked where the Ladies toilets were and was told "Sorry not open today?" Why? "It's an Event Day. We have to close it for Health and Safety because drunk people come in" What a load of rubbish Pret! I'm a paying customer not a drunk! I have my arms full with shopping, it's obvious I'm not here for the concert. I shouldn't be told to use the public toilet outside at 1pm because Pink concert starts in the evening. It wasn't even busy. Shame on you! I was told to turn right and right again -otherside of the complex. What if I had a disability? Appalling way to treat a customer. I wont be...
