No, I actually would have given this place 0 star. My parents are visiting me for graduation and they wanted to visit the Buckingham Palace. Suddenly, my mom wanted to go to the toilet so I dropped by this small cafe and asked about the bathroom. The male staff said we had to buy something, so my dad proceeded to buy a cappuccino. After the order was done and we wanted to sit while wait for my mom in the toilet, they forbad us to sit in a certain area because, "Oh no no no it's for eating customers, you only order take away!" -- so off we went to the small bar-like table close to the paying counter. Once my mom was finished, we decided to sit for a while to keep warm. After all, we paid, no?

Oh, no because that was also a mistake. Because apparently ordering coffee is a takeaway business, therefore we customers have no right to sit inside! Such blasphemy, eh? It's like we don't have manners at all.

Thank you for ruining London for my parents, rude staff. They were enjoying it up until they met you. I just hope that one day you won't meet a customer so pissed off with your bad attitude, s/he throws their coffee in your face. Boiling hot and all that.

DON’T VISIT HERE.

Poor standards of service, cleanliness and terrible value for money. Also run by ‘mean girls’ will look you up and down and laugh at you. It’s the worst place I’ve had the misfortune of visiting.

On arrival we were offered a table to sit at, the next thing I notice is my blazer arm is soaking wet. The fridge that was next to the table was leaking. So nice dry cleaning bill for that.

We were served rather promptly which led us to a false sense of security that it would be a good experience. Ordered two drinks, a sausage roll and a cinnamon bun. Drinks arrived quickly and to be fair we’re ok. We then waited and waited, after 15mins we chased up our order as it wasn’t very busy. This then caused a huge scene with one of the serving staff shouting at the manager/owner .

When food finally arrived it was dreadful, stale cinnamon bun and a sausage roll that had been microwaved into oblivion.

Various health and safety policies violated in the short time we were there too.

The price of this experience was almost £23. A terrible time and a terrible place . Would not recommend and certainly would...
