Ours was an unusual property for the area, so Mark's knowledge in securing a successful sale was invaluable. Through no fault of Daniel Cobb, the whole process was very long & stressful taking nearly 2 years to complete. Mark and his team were positive, responsive, determined & always professional throughout all of the many trials & setbacks we faced. Mark's genuinely caring and personal approach was much appreciated, as was his excellent communication. He worked tirelessly to get this sale past the line, promptly dealt with the multitude of issues as they arose and was able to find work around solutions to ensure success - always with a smile, sense of humour and warm personality. Hilarious Experience: Got a call from the morning about my enquiry, asked about my financial status, I said I’m freelancing my flatmate is a student. Required us to pay a year in advance, I said the flat we live now only requires 6 months in advance, the agent said there is a new law to protect landlord. Okay, fine, asked for the name of the law so I can double check, answer was: the law is not yet published 😅 I said well then how I gonna protect my right? What she said, here I quote: Your right is you pay the rent and you get the tenancy, other people have works so they have prove of work, you don’t so you need to bring cash. Very well said Ma’am, almost thought I was interrogated by the custom! 😆 Thank you very much indeed for trying so hard to protect the rights of your landlords and not giving shit for your tenants! Glad I didn’t see the property, can’t imagine living in a property managed by people...

At the first viewing, he pre-empted all my questions, volunteering all the information that I could possibly want to know.
