One of my most favourite places in London, I come here every year during summer! Food was genuinely so delicious. I received one of the meal deals for two people (it gives you 10 wings, 2 sides, and 2 drinks)— Korean wings are one of my favourites, the sauce is spectacular. I would recommend getting 5x2 wings of your choice, and 1x2 sides (so we got 5 wings of 2 different types, 1 chips, 1 coleslaw, and 2 cans of lemonade). Portions were good, the quality of the food was excellent. The service was amazing, they were really kind and gave us a meal deal (since we are students). Super friendly and chatty, made me ease up quickly into the place. There were only two servers dealing with a LOT of customers however, so it can get a little hectic trying to get their attention. Atmosphere was gorgeous, especially with the sun setting outside. Coming here during summer means you get to experience the wide open doors, the warm breeze soothing you over any hot dish, and the beautiful decorations really uplift the vintage/chill aesthetic of this place. It’s all so beautiful! The table my friends were on was quite sticky however, so remember to bring your own wipes to mitigate this issue! If you’re on a budget, then I recommend the meal deals (they’re around £20 with the addition of service charge). This place is not cheap of course, but from a lot of the ‘high-end’ fast food restaurants, this can definitely be affordable if you share the cost with more than one person!

Mixed feelings about our trip to Randys on Sunday. The coated and fried wings we had were really great although the Nashville Hot wings were not hot in the slightest in fact the hot honey wings my wife had are spicier so quite disappointing if you are a fan of spicy. Great flavour though so no issues there. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is due to the service and loaded fries which were both problematic. We ordered 3 portions of loaded fries in addition to 5 regular fries which were forgotten about and we had to raise this with the server who went inside and came back to tell us that the kitchen had missed them because it was a big order. There were 8 of us each ordering either wings or a burger with fries. Not exactly a challenging order and quite a poor excuse to give for forgetting almost a 3rd of the fries order. When the fries arrived the majority of our wings had been eaten so kind of pointless having them. In addition to that my fries were swimming in a yellow liquid (garlic butter I think). We had another portion of the same fries which were not sitting in this liquid so either one didn't have enough or mine had too much either way it wasn't very pleasant (see pics) Overall the experience was good and I would recommend the wings (I wouldn't order loaded fries again) & the Hazy IPA was really nice but if this restaurant cannot handle service on a quiet Sunday afternoon what is it like at peak times?

It was 6 years ago when I first reviewed this unique restaurant. It had a really positive vibe to it, staff were sharp and friendly, and their pièce-de-résistance buffalo sauce was to-die-for. A bastion for independent business and tasty food. However, I recently visited on an early Sunday evening and found the place to be a shadow of its former self. I was first disappointed by a poorly-trained staff member who, had I not said hi first would've walked right past me despite establishing eye-contact. I know that experienced service staff are hard to find in the current climate but this was not a promising start. Luckily, the manager was helping out with taking orders and was a good deal more service-oriented. Still it seemed like there wasn't much enthusiasm present and staff just seemed tired. The bigger disappointment however was that signature buffalo sauce. It's no longer there. I ordered buffalo cauliflower wings (as you can see from the receipt) and found it very difficult to feel any spice. Very bland. I remember previously that the plate was oozing with the good stuff. But as you can see in the photo there's none of that. A dramatic difference to the memorable Randy's of yesteryear. The fries were well cooked but could've been seasoned better. It's a real shame as I like to support small businesses and this one is worthy for accommodating vegans, but I'm afraid to say Randy's didn't deliver this time.

Entrance - Easy to find, just off the Canalside, very busy which is always a good sign so easy to spot.

Food - We ordered the All You Can Eat Wings - choice being Grilled Kansas BBQ, Nashville Hot Wings, Korean and Hot Honey.

The wings were nice, cooked well & tasted great.

Drinks - I ordered white wine as it was happy hour with a glass of lemonade, I didn’t like the wine it tasted very cheap so I could not finish it and wish there was more choice.

My partner got Randys Larger which he also didn’t finish as it wasn’t all that.

Decor - The average wing shack vibe. Looked good and fit the aesthetic.

Atmosphere - Busy, music was good, service was quick.

Cleanliness - Could’ve been cleaner, the menus were really sticky and gross when they were given to us which wasn’t nice.

Cost - £56.50 for 2x unlimited wings, 2 drinks, 1 lemonade & service charge.

Customer service - Terrible from the beginning. We asked to sit outside and the waiter said there was no outside seats, when there were 3 outside tables available then he said “you can sit there if you want”

When ordering our second round of wings, I asked if more gloves can be brought out as the ones I had on previously got very dirty, he said it was fine then brought out the wings without the gloves, so when I asked for the gloves again, he gave me the dirtiest look and got the gloves - made me feel like the biggest inconvenience and did this in front of the customers.

I felt so uncomfortable I lost my appetite and asked for takeaway boxes. The waiter brought takeaway boxes so my partner asked for a bag because how are we gonna carry them? On our head? he looked us in the eye and said they had ran out of bags and that he could see from where he was standing that there was no more left which was a blatant lie because you’re a whole restaurant on Deliveroo- do the delivery drivers carry the food boxes in their hands?!

My partner then got up and went to the kitchen himself and long and behold - they had plenty of bags, even asked what size he wanted, small or large - so my partner then came back and told the waiter this and he said “I wasn’t even allowed to let you have takeaway boxes as you can’t takeaway the unlimited wings, so that’s why I didn’t give you the bags because I’d get in trouble with my manager” so he basically admitted he LIED and made out like he done us a favour by consistently being rude, lying and embarrassing us in front of everyone then laughing about it.

Overall - 1/10 - the wings were so nice, it’s just a shame the customer service lacked otherwise I...

The food is fantastic here. Let me make this clear. This review is mainly based on my most recent experience. I have historically eaten at the resutaurant and ordered via Deliveroo probably around 20 times in the space of 2 years.

Customer service though, is aboslutely shocking. Ordered from Deliveroo and unfortunately Ranys Wings had not accepted the order. I ring Randys Wings to figure out whats happening and they explain its a rider assignment issue. In total I wait for over an hour just for a rider to be assigned and this still does not happen. Leaving me to cancel the order via Deliveroo.

I then ring up Randys to place an order for collection (willing to travel at this rate for it on my own accord). I get told the same 'deal' isnt available for collection. I then explain the entire situation about Deliveroo and the manager explains that the order is actually made and was made so if I come and collect it (will take me 15 mins) I can have it and they can charge me. I simply ask if I will be paying for and eating food that had been sitting there for over 30 mins (and probably about 45 mins until I actually get to eat it) - the answer is "yes" and there isnt anything they can do about that. I of course exap, ained that I was annoyed that as a customer I havent done anything wrong and seemingly the one that is losing out here. I simply would like to order the same thing again and pick it up myself and pay for it, but ideally not eat food that has been sitting in a box for 45 mins on the hot plate.

I get told that they will have to "speak with the owners" and call me back in 10 minutes to see if I can place the same order so that I can collect it.

Worst part, I don't even get a call back XD

Unreal customer service. Imagine being this pedantic over a paying customer and showing complete lack of understanding.

No common sense or understnading from whoever I spoke with on the phone on 21/01/2024. They need better staff.

I don't think I will be coming or ordering...

I recently dined at Randy's Wings Bar and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The undercooked chicken wings were a major letdown; it felt like they didn't bother to cook them properly. The quality of the meat was questionable at best—I couldn't even tell which part of the chicken I was eating half the time.

To make matters worse, the Korean wings were drowning in an excessive amount of salt. It was like they were trying to preserve the wings rather than serve a flavorful dish. The high salt content left me feeling extremely sick to my stomach, the combination of undercooked wings fat and a sprinkle of salt Resulted in extreme vomiting shortly after leaving the restaurant and also once I returned to my home , we had travelled far to Dine here.

Beyond the subpar food, the overall vibe of the place was completely unauthentic. It felt like they were trying too hard to create an atmosphere that just didn't resonate with me.

The only redeeming aspect of my visit was the server named Maria. She was attentive and friendly, but unfortunately, her excellent service couldn't make up for the dismal dining experience.

In conclusion, Randy's Wing Bar failed to deliver on both quality and value for money. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

Further more I'd like to add I have also called the restaurant, emailed them and sent an instagram message all to which has been ignored , so I gave them a week to response and felt compelled to...
