Unfortunately, my experience at this café was quite disappointing. The matcha I ordered was grainy and lacked any real flavour — it tasted more like milky tea with a faint hint of matcha, rather than a proper matcha drink. The customer service also left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed disinterested and unengaged during the ordering process. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. There was also an issue with the restroom. While it’s great that they offer a toilet for customers, a staff member used it for over 20 minutes, despite knowing that customers were waiting in line. This kind of disregard for customer needs reflects very poorly on the overall management. If they knew it would take that long, a simple heads-up would have been appreciated, especially with customers visibly waiting in line. It just showed a lack of basic consideration.

Overall, the combination of a substandard drink, inattentive service, and poor handling of customer needs made for a disappointing visit. I hope they take this feedback on board and make some...

Ordered two breakfasts, one was missed. I called explaining the error and the manager apologised and asked if I could come back and collect it. I walked back 10 minutes in the rain and my coffee got cold. No problem, mistakes happen. However I was very shocked to then be charged full price. I called back explaining my feelings and the fact that despite asking for extra soft eggs they were overcooked to the point of a brown crust. The manager again apologised and said next time you're in have a free coffee, no refund for the missed overcooked breakfast offered...Ill be skippping that free coffee order and heading to Natural kitchen for my breakfasts...

Disappointing. I could see that they didn’t close for 30 mins, but the minute I walked in there , all the food was cleared out and the lady greeted unfriendly manner as she was hoping she would get no patrons said ‘we not serving anything except for coffee in a takeaway’. They didn’t close for 30 mins, I wouldn’t have bothered going if I had of known. You should serve everything until you close. I was drawn to the place as it is called RavelIo and was expecting a friendly Italian bovine, hospitality and great food. Bad person on the counter. Change it. The coffee is cheap beans and not nice. It’s the same coffee...
