I recently visited Itsu Copthall branch and had an experience that truly brightened my day. While I'm not typically one to stop and chat with staff, I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Andrea, whose warmth and friendliness were immediately noticeable. We ended up having a great conversation about Itsu, its food, and the brand's history.

Andrea's welcoming nature and genuine interest made all the difference on what was otherwise a rough day for me. Her kindness and willingness to take the time to connect truly made me feel much better. It's not often that you come across someone who goes out of their way to make a customer's day brighter, but Andrea did just that.

I like to visit Itsu, as your teriyaki salmon is fabulous, along with the chicken and spring onion gyozas.

The main purpose of my review today, is to acknowledge the outstanding customer service given to me by Andreea.

Andreea very kindly helped me with using one of my rewards, to get one of my purchases today, for free, and any help with managing expenses in today's world, is very much appreciated.

I hope that Itsu will be able to both recognise and reward Andreea for her outstanding customer service, in a way good for Andreea, as I watched, and Andreea was engaging with other customers, demonstrating the same degree of outstanding customer service as I had received.

Itsu us a great place for lunch. The service was quick yet the food tasted good and fresh. There is no take service, just go up to the fridges and grab dinner sushi plates or to the counter and order one of the hot dishes.
