I have had a lot of Korean food before. Somehow this did not live up to the standards. The most noticeable thing is that the food seems to be under seasoned. It was mostly bland. Even the kimchi tasted bland, which is very unusual since it's fermented with several condiments, vegetables, and a lot of salt. The only flavourful dish was the Kalbitang, to which they forgot to give me the rice that was paired with it. The fried chicken was edible, but bland and dry. I am not sure if they used chicken thighs or breast. I've had KFC a lot of times before and I make it myself plenty of times as well. It never tastes like this. They either do not marinate the chicken before frying (which will dry out the chicken, if not fried properly, and make it taste bland), or something is wrong. Overall, the food is edible and the portion sizes are decent (although pretty expensive - ยฃ80+ for 3 small dishes and 4 bigger dishes). There is room for improvement in terms of flavour and seasoning though. Also, please prioritise checking if all the orders are in the bag. It's a hassle having to request a refund.

The restaurant said they couldnโt cancel it on their end so I would need to call HungaryPanda (HP)customer service. I called HP and they said they would need to contact the restaurant.
I get a phone call from customer service saying they already prepared the order (of course during this back & forth). Since they had made the food I wouldnโt be compensated for the food I paid for and tipped. I basically donated ยฃ28 to a restaurant + I even tipped them.

Usually, the food can be at an accepted temperature even in the cold wintertime. So we called the restaurant to inform you what happened and wanted you to be aware of preparing for the next customers' order that was the intent.
