Thank you Thank you Thank you! I went in for some chips and was given £45 in my change!!! Well... not exactly. My change contained a 50p coin. On the way home I moved it out of the pocket I had quickly dropped it in when being served ... as that pocket contained my phone .. and I didn't want the loose coins from the change to accidentally scratch the glass. As I took it out I did a 'double take' as I realised that it was the Kew Gardens 50p coin. This is the rarest 50p out there and is worth like £45. Nothing like this ever happens to me. Sooooo happy. I thought about returning and giving it to the shop. Or splitting the £45 profit. But... it probably came from a customer, or from a bank for change for the till. So... all good. Cannot believe I got equivalent of £45 in my change from this shop. I wasn't even going to have chips that day and I changed my mind. Someone else would have got it had I not done so. Crazy. 5 star chip shop! I will be back for more chips soon. Check your...

Been coming here for months. Never ever bought with cash - always card. If it was under a fiver, they would always just add an additional charge, which was never an issue. Showed up today... basically refused to do card transactions if not £5 minimum. Said they’ve always done it since I went there.... no, sorry rules have changed by the woman.

So sorry, I won’t be bringing my business there then either again. If you are a business you need to get with the times. Everyone is using contactless... and I’m not going around looking for cash points in 2018 if you decided to be either greedy forcing customers more or just not with the times.

Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Took my order at 8pm and it is currently saying I’ll get my food delivered at 9:30, I would’ve, in other more pleasant circumstances, gone to the shop to order since I live about 8 mins away but, none the less, I paid the extra fee for delivery. This is unacceptable to be waiting 1hr and a half for just some wings and I could not even cancel the order. I called them at least 50 times but they do not pick up the phone so I suppose I write this complaint while I wait… Poor poor service. Wishing there was an option...
