Lots of other negative reviews saying the same thing & my own experience I agree - terrible food, the worst service (40mins for food to arrive & then items missing altogether), staff don't care when you tell them the food is bad. Lots of places serving the exact same food all around Hounslow & even the worst of these places is still better than Shahi Karahi.

We ordered Butter Chicken which looked like slop, a watered down tomato & onion sauce with stripped bits of chicken which tasted awful & we're still feeling sick after eating it. White Chicken Karahi was ok & the Naans were disappointing - very flat & hard. Vegetable Rice was really hard grains with frozen mixed veges thrown in. Lastly Mango Lassi was a rip off - £3 for a very small cup but at least it tasted ok. I will not be...

Excellent authentic food served here. Food hygiene standard is 4/5. Lovely, professional, polite staff, clean toilets and seating area. Most of all the food is top notch! Love it!! I would say the best Asian restaurant in Hounslow. It's a treat when I'm in the area. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.
