One could try to find something wrong with this place, but it is truly IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

From the first moment my work colleagues and I walked in, we were greeted by two lovely members of staff with huge and genuine smiles and a super warm welcome!!

The place is absolutely stunning, a hidden gem of sorts, just behind the busy streets of Mayfair.

It is a little oasis in the desert, tastefully and beautiful done, from top to bottom a true delight!

We were treated like royalty, felt so spoiled and in all honesty the experience was beyond belief, in the best way possible!

Our brilliant waitor Mahesh, is top class, he ensured he explained everything in the menu, answered all the questions we had about different dishes with detail and made some absolutely brilliant recommendations about dish combinations which made all the difference in our culinary experience!!!

The food was TO DIE FOR!!!!! Just by writing this review, I am recollecting the scrumptious taste and flavours of it all and the wine was also absolutely delightful, such a rich wine list to chose from!

As I mentioned earlier the treatment we received was beyond amazing, it was truly remarkable!

From Mahesh, who was attending to our table all evening, the beautiful and extremely knowledgeable Lina, who explained the inspiration about Silva from conception to creation, and the extremely gracious Eltjon, who was truly hospitable and delightful to meet!!!

All my colleagues and I have been truly impressed, since it was an impromptu Christmas/Birthday celebration after work, without even booking a table..

We have been so very lucky to discover this Heaven!!!!

We will be definitely returning again and again!!!!

Thank you so very much for making our evening truly enjoyable...

Just a few days after their grand opening, we were buzzing with excitement to visit Silva. From the outside, it’s already a charmer—think classic house door vibes and big windows that practically invite you to have a peek at the sleek, elegant interior. Spoiler alert: it’s irresistible.

We popped in for an early dinner on a Monday, so it was nice and quiet, and they let us choose our table (a small victory in itself!). The ambiance? Pure elegance, like stepping into a soft, dreamy world.

Our server, Duilio, was an absolute star—walking us through the menu like a pro and making everything sound even more delicious. We decided to share a few starters: the beef tartare and salmon tartare were out of this world. Then came the fried egg (as gorgeous as it was tasty), creamy stracciatella, crab ravioli, and freshly baked bread with black garlic butter. Every bite was a winner. For mains, we went with the chicken, perfectly paired with roast potatoes and broccoli—simple but insanely delicious.

Oh, and don’t skip the cocktails! They’re as stunning to look at as they are to drink. We were also lucky enough to get a little tour of the private dining room and bar upstairs—it’s beautifully done, every detail on point, and it would be perfect for a chic party.

Massive shoutout to the reception team, too—the friendliest, smiliest welcome we’ve had in ages. Silva is shaping up to be a real Mayfair gem—definitely...

I booked a table at Silva in Bruton Place for my partner’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Tucked away in a quiet Mayfair mews, Silva is beautifully elegant without being over the top—thoughtful service, fine china, and an atmosphere that feels both special and relaxed.

We started with warm sourdough and honey butter, then shared a gorgeous stracciatella with caramelised peach and hazelnuts, and a stunning crab raviolo in langoustine sauce. My wild garlic risotto was fresh, vibrant and full of flavour, while the halibut was tender and perfectly balanced with sauce vierge. The sides—especially the rosemary roast potatoes—were exceptional.

Even though we were full, we couldn’t resist dessert. The chocolate fondant with stem ginger ice cream was divine, and the Basque cheesecake was one of the best we’ve had. Cocktails and mocktails were beautifully made, with unique flavour combinations.

The interiors are warm and stylish, with cosy seating for two and a few tables spilling onto the cobbled street outside. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for a romantic dinner, special occasion, or even a business lunch. Silva is a true gem in Mayfair—refined, welcoming, and absolutely worth...

Nestled in the heart of Mayfair, Silva is a true gem that combines elegance with an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you step inside, the ambiance strikes the perfect balance between sophistication and warmth. The highlight of my visit was the duck breast with coco beans, with potatoes on a side, a dish that was nothing short of outstanding!! The duck was perfectly cooked. Paired with expertly seasoned potatoes that had the perfect balance of crispiness and softness, every bite was a delight. The dish was beautifully plated, showcasing the kitchen’s attention to detail and commitment to quality. I also want to note the service at Silva, which was impeccable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu, offering excellent recommendations without being intrusive. Whether you’re a local or visiting London (just like i was ;), Silva is a must-visit for anyone seeking a refined yet unpretentious dining experience in Mayfair. I will definitely be returning to explore more of their menu.
