I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire.

You had a rough childhood, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing off the court, you're a great husband and father, sometimes I even call you dad. Private room hire:

Arrived and the staff saying the only way we could play music would be via an AUX cord which we were not previously informed about. They were then surprised regarding the request to use their Bluetooth connection. Which in the end was fine.

Email states if minimum spend is not met they would retain the shortfall and refund the remainder. We were informed by staff on the night that on previous private hires they retain the entire deposit if minimum spend was not made - would definitely get this in writing just in case !!

The room itself could roughly fit 40-50 people which was ideal but wouldn’t recommend trying to fit the max of 60.

Security was pretty non existent for the private room leaving many non invited guests continuously entering the private room despite the write band system in place. Leaving us to have to ask people to leave some of which were slightly tougher conversations than should have been warranted for.

Had a booking here for 8 people. When we arrived we were sat at a table with 3 stools????? When I went to the manager to complain, he told me they only guaranteed 50% of seating. So I said we haven’t even got 50% of seating as there is only 3 seats. He shrugged lol. He didn’t once come to even look, he could have easily taken the chair from the other table which had stolen it; he said email me about it. Excuse me, what? We are here right now, face to face, it doesn’t help anything emailing them for them to get back to me in a few days and to be honest he probably wouldn’t reply given the fact he clearly didn’t care and didn’t want to deal with it. Honestly wouldn’t waste my time so badly managed and as a group of 8 people what were the odds we would get a table elsewhere at Christmas and I genuinely believe they used that to their advantage. We left immediately, disgraceful attitude from the manager. London cocktail club is down the road, much better staff, better vibe and guess what, THEY GAVE US A TABLE WITH ENOUGH SEATS...
