Upon my recent visit to this establishment, I was disappointed by the demeanor of the staff. The presence of very rude individuals made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout my time there. Not only did I find them to be entirely unapproachable, but when I did attempt to engage with two of them, I was met with unwarranted seriousness and a notable attitude problem.

I regret to say that I cannot recommend anyone to patronize this particular store. It would be wise to invest your time elsewhere and seek out an alternative location. The behavior exhibited by the employees at the Spitalfields store is far from acceptable and does not align with the level of service one would expect.

I would expect much better service for a store that is supposed to be “premium”. As we were shopping for clothes we were hoping to buy, we unfortunately encountered a very rude staff member, who scolded me in a very condescending way for checking for any free dressing room stalls and then proceeded to ignore my questions. Obviously, no clothes were bought. I am hoping to visit a different store location with better service to finally buy the pieces I liked, as this experience completely destroyed any desire of mine to support such a business. Rude staff. Fitting room was full but when I waiting in the q a young lady (one of your staff asked me’ if you don’t mind you can try your coat in here( not in fitting room, but in to the working space) while that young lady gone and i am still in there, a old woman maybe your manager ask me to leave and when that young lady came back she didn’t trying to explain anything.
