I’m going to be fair here. My partner bought me a deluxe blt. First time I’ve had it, loved it, went back a few times. As I’m dyslexic, I sometimes ask people to write down certain information to help my brain remember . The day I went and forgot my note. I got overwhelmed with the board information. Which resulted in me ordering in the wrong sandwich. I was trying to explain to the ladies the one I wanted, but the lady at the front was not understanding, then light skinned lady started having a go at me infront of other customers. I started to become overwhelmed and slightly felt attacked. I didn’t know if they were trying to explain to me the menus but another lady came out and got involved. The light skinned lady came round lowered her voice and started explaining to me the sandwiches. As I already paid for the food, I did not walked out immediate and. Instead I left there feeling embarrassed and disappointed with how they handled the situation. I gave my food to a homeless guy. Usually they are pleasant. Not sure if it’s because they were busy and felt abit rushed why I felt they were being passive aggressive. Just wasn’t a good experience...
Read moreBEST COFFEE IN LONDON I've been looking all over for a coffee that doesn't taste like crap and I stumbled upon this wonderful little café with some of the best coffee I have ever tasted! They have a range of lactose-free and plant based milks as well as a number of vegan friendly items. The place always smells divine thanks to the mouthwatering homebaked goods in display and available to purchase at very reasonable prices! For such excellent coffee in the heart of London I would expect to pay more, but Sista Barista is amazing value for money. Ideally located right next to a bus stop and a short walk from Westminster this is simply a must-stop for anyone in the area, whether tourist or worker ❤️ My first coffee was so delicious I went back the next day with two thermocups and bought double!
The staff are also extremely friendly and have generated a good, welcoming atmosphere inside so the small wait to have your coffee made flies by! 100% would recommend to everyone, I'm just sorry it took me so...
Read moreDoesn’t it feel amazing when a stranger greets you with a smile. Was on a walk yesterday in town and was desperately looking for an independent cafe as my new target is to help out local outlets n shops as much as possible so after hunting and walking around I saw this small cafe and it was already post 4pm so I wasn’t sure it would be open but it was. I hopped in and ordered my favourite Mocha and a small hot chocolate for a friend. Patient staff and maintained all COVID distance. She freshly brewed my coffee which they source from @nudecoffeeroasters Yummy and affordable. I always tht cafe’s in central london are bound to be overpriced but to my surprise it was pretty reasonable. Had a cozy interior and warm. The windows were covered in tiny rain drops and fairy lights just made it s beautiful sight! I love it when people love and work passionately and the server here was so kind and sweet! Must visit if you are in the...
