Dont waist your time and money lol. The sharing platter food was basic and really not worth going in for. There honestly isn’t a good point we can make about the food. Actually the tiny little chips were about the only good part to it. They ended up clearing almost two whole platters away off our table because we just couldn’t eat it. We literally only went for a “cocktail tree” and sharer between us girls and when we got in there told we’re not allowed to have a tree because it needs to be pre booked only we got told that the council and licensing team are stopping the venue from giving them to walk ins so we have to complain to them about it. Like no not really going to go complaining to everyone that’s your job to sort out your service issues and poor advertising on your menu. Instead we had the two for one cocktails and tried almost 7 or 8 of them and they were all quite weak and bitter. They looked pretty in different glasses and the way they were presented but the actual taste to them was shocking. We ordered two different ones at one point and we could almost swear they were exactly the same drink in both glasses. Two whole mojitos were dropped all over the chair and table when they were being brought over but he was a really nice boy and didn’t mean it. But I’m sure the replacement drinks were made so quickly they just basically filled the whole glass with soda water it was rank. When the music come on the dj honestly played black magic by little mix 3 times in the space of 15 mins 😂 ! I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment my family and friends received at your establishment on 03/12/2024 around 6:00 PM.

We were enjoying our evening together when we decided to order some alcoholic beverages. One of our party members was asked for her ID, which she did not have on her at the time. The staff communicated that she could not be served alcohol without proper identification. In an effort to comply with this policy, I arranged for someone to bring her ID from home.

Upon returning to place our order again, we faced an unfortunate situation. The manager, identified as Ben, along with a blonde colleague, refused to acknowledge the ID and made derogatory comments regarding our citizenship. Despite our willingness to have the ID verified through proper channels, we were met with dismissal and insults, rather than the respect and service that every customer deserves.

We were ultimately asked to leave the premises, which was both humiliating and unacceptable. It is concerning that we experienced not only a lack of service but also a discriminatory attitude based on our citizenship. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also harmful to your establishment's reputation.

I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background. I hope that this complaint reaches the appropriate individuals within your head office so that no other customers have to endure the same humiliation and disrespect in the future.
