Had a terrible experience from the staff there today(26/05/2024). There were no customers when I went in there. As I entered I said hi pleasantly to the staff who was standing in the counter. I couldn’t see what he was doing as he was behind the counter. He immediately responded rudely saying “ I am packing an order you have to wait”. This is what I got in exchange for a “hi”. Is this how you treat your customers? I didn’t order anything and I walked away immediately. This is not the first time I got treated like this from the same staff. Last time it was regarding my subway rewards. After placing the order I went to the counter to scan my subway app for points but he said rudely you have to scan it first I already did the payment.
