Bad racist customer service I just came back from the restaurant i was there with my neighbour trying to order some food they said the food i was looking for was finished after i payed for it already but before i tap my card they said they have it...next my friend want to order the same thing and they did the exact same thing to her...like she wasnt there to hear when i ordered....we end up getting something else ...while waiting for the food 2 other customers ordered what we wanted and they served them like we wasant there ordering before ...so i ask the staff what is going on they proceed to lie and diny everithing that happened under my eyes..proceed to speack their language to the customer they served after i was refused...i ask the customer what she ordered and i was right...they said the lady was eating in wich wasnt true and thats why they served her ..the chef come the manager come everyone was just not saying the truth. i ask if the make more of the food later they said no..they gave me the food saying i had what i ordered in my bag when i checked it wasnt so... than the manager said they will have more food in 1 h but he will give me my money back after waiting so long ... in other words he said i should leave... after the manager proceed to apologize telling me hes sorry that i understood wrong. i took whatever food they gave me and left the owner also made sure to follow us to the door and opened it for us ...all of the staff was just lying with a smile on their face especialy the lady at the counter and strech it and trying to be right in every possible way to the point where they contradict themselves and each other Lol ...verry dissapointing horrible customer service and is not the first time they prioritize who they like instead of treating all customer the same... i give 1 star for the service because of the fake apology and the owner opening the door for us to leave but i would give 0 noticed 8 out of 10 revews are bad and complaining about customer service...i said i should treat them in the same extreme way they treated me so i left a few examples below to cut the effort of looking for...

Many of us were coughing due to grilling smell and fumes. After fans were turned on it was cleared. The staff downstairs were very friendly and helpful. They took our order of starters and mains. Mains we requested after we returned from evening prayers. Staff helped us to choice what we wanted and recommendations. We opted for a mix starter will sheesh kebabs, chicken tikka, samosa chaat, papadum and drinks and a large mixed platter for mains with Mango lassi, Lamb Karahi . Started didnât take too long. They were hot and tasty. The starter kebabs were a bit bland and most people disliked it but all the other items were good and tasty. We went to prayers and returned and waited half an hour for the platter. We were not sure why the large platter had chips even though this was not on the menu and we had grown people with us, rice instead of chips would be better but we didnât complain but a bit disappointed in what we got for price we paid for platter compared to other restaurants. The food and items on platter was tasty and fresh and good portions. There was enough for everyone on our table. Drinks were nice and cold and the Mango Lassi was very tasty. We did not feel rushed after our main meal and able to relax and enjoy the cake for my recognition. Overall a nice place, friendly staff and good food!! Parking is free on the side roads...

Upon our entranceâconsisting of two adults and two childrenâwe were received without the customary pleasantries and opted to be seated in the sofa area. To our dismay, we were subsequently relocated to a table furnished with IKEA type wooden chairs, ostensibly due to the waiter's assertion that the designated area was intended for parties of six.
Upon resettling at the four-person table, our observation was drawn to three women who occupied the very sofa area from which we were earlier moved, yet they were inexplicably permitted to remain.
The chicken tikka roll exhibited a lack of succulence, the chips were inadequately prepared, and the popcorn chicken left much to be desired in terms of culinary execution.
Furthermore, the waitstaff seemed to be conspicuously absent, as their presence became increasingly scarce, giving rise to a sense of...
