I've been told a few times over the years that Lebanese food is some of the best in the world, and the evidence so far is there to prove it.
I only had a night in London and looking on Google for somewhere to eat I saw this and decided it was the one. 30 mins walking in the rain I arrived to the little take away with a few tables.
No idea what to order they suggested the meal of the day. Chicken with rice. Most importantly the flavour was fantastic, generally not spicy apart from the large chilis which did bring on a sweat.

Owners were lovely and great classic musics were playing too. Had Falafel, Zattar with cheese, foul with Hammus and fresh steaming bread with 2 mint tea cups and 1 botyle of water. Read moreI have eaten food of a similar style in Michelin guide restaurants and this is better. Every item had clearly had a lot of care taken. I was perhaps most impressed by the bread which was almost unbelievably fluffy and served warm; bread can often be a dry afterthought.
The service was excellent with the waitress very quickly completely changing my order; creating a vegetarian platter for me. I was very happy with the result.
