I called to enquire about a mews house for rent. The person on the phone set a time and date for a viewing. I turn up at the specified date and time, nobody is there. I call them, they don't have any record of me even though they took my details. I ask to set up a new viewing. I'm told someone will get in touch with me. Nobody does. I call up again and remind them of my previous calls and my interest in the property. Same thing. Somebody was supposed to get back to me. They didn't. Also, every time I called through zoopla to ask about a property in London, I got connected to somebody in the Manchester office who didn't know what I was talking about.
