The decor of Tea & Co is stunning mashaAllah😍 Love the bright interior and the colours. A nice place to sit down in, as my friend commented; "doesn't feel like you're in Dalston" -away from the hustle & bustle of the busy Dalston streets.☺️ 🥪Regarding the food, I ordered the peri peri chicken & peppers sandwich and it was so tasty!😋 Chicken was so tender, with addition of  potatoes & cheese; the whole dish was just bursting with flavour! For dessert, ordered Pistachio milk cake. Although it was nice, moist & creamy,  the only pistachio that was present were the crushed ones used as garnish😕. There was no pistachio in the sponge or the cream, so was a bit disappointed in that☹️ especially given the price tag for the milk cakes💰 I popped in again by myself when I was in the area, and ordered the same peri peri chicken sandwich but this time round, they didn't have grilled peppers (which they informed me about before making it). Unfortunately the whole dish, even the sauce of the peri peri chicken mix just wasn't as tasty as first time round☹️. I also did mention to the staff member present about my disappointment with the so called pistachio milk cake from my first visit and he did kindly offer me a buy 1 get 1 free on the milk cakes to take away as there were only 3 left. But I didn't want to pay nearly £8 again for a pistachio milk cake which doesn't have any pistachio in the actual sponge or cream, and the only other option was Kinder Bueno which is on the boycott list, so I declined the offer. On that note; please do try and avoid brands on the boycott list in future InshaaAllah.👍🏻 Service was good, staff were nice and efficient both times mashaAllah.🙂

Underwhelming. Heard great things about this place but left feeling very underwhelmed and definitely not coming back. There was nothing “great” about the “great fry up.” I don’t know about you but usually even the worst brunch places leave you feeling stuffed because of the generous portions of Full English breakfasts. This one was tiny (see image) and it cost us a whopping £11 something. One chicken sausage (plastic tasting), one beef sausage, mushroom pieces you can count in one hand and unseasoned chips. Very disappointing. Blueberry Bloom pancakes were overly blueberried for me but this might please certain palates, the gelato saved it a bit. We didn’t receive our “complimentary breakfast tea” with the meal. The pistachio milkshake was just pure milk, hardly any pistachio or shake test. The creme brûlée bubble tea was very watery and lacked any taste. The straw was also not suitable for tapioca balls to go through so just ended up clogging the straw lol.

Finally a dessert place that's local/walking distance to me! 👌🏽 Upon entering, greeted by lovely staff. Sat down and had a look at the menu, you scan a QR code for that. Ordered Nutella Crepe, High On Hazelnuts Cookie Dough, Mango & Passion Fruit and Strawberry & Lychee Mojitos. Desserts were delicious and so were the drinks. 🤤 11/10 for customer service, staff looked after us well. 😊 The place looks amazing, beautiful interior. Nice and clean too. Will defo be visiting again, count me in as a regular. 😁 Updated Review: Popped in here couple of times, ordering a range of items from desserts to drinks. Service has been 11/10 from day 1, lovely staff. 😊 Desserts and drinks are so good. 👌🏽 I did say to count me in as a regular, see you guys soon. 😂 They now do brunch. Will update review (again) once I've tried it! 😋

We ordered the desi breakfast and the English breakfast and we were told there's would be a 25 min wait, the wait was over 40minutes! We asked to swap our tea with orange juice and they said they'll charge us £1 to which we agreed but then they returned with both orange juice and tea and I had to keep clarifying that I only ordered one. Whilst we were waiting for the food, they could've given our karak chai and orange juice because when it eventually arrived, we were rushing as we had plans and it was hot and then we had to take it as takeaway. For a 40 min wait, the food wasn't spectacular, maybe if it took 15 min I'd understand. We also ordered a mojito originally which they completely forgot but we didn't bother reminding them in the end because we were in a rush. We had to remind them for sauces which I think should be preety basic. They did apologise but blamed it on another table that apparently kept changing their order, this was quite unprofessional because it did question whether they may speak negative about us as customers. They also offered a discount to our bill but on the way out i saw a poster that stated this was preety standard discount for nhs staff, which I was but I didn't read it on time so I guess it wasn't really a discount. The cafe itself is very preety and Instagram worthy but I probably won't...

Food - 0/5 I ordered a large taro bubble tea, the tapioca was mushy. When I returned it saying that the tapioca was unusually mushy the guy behind the counter said it was normal and that nobody has ever complained about that when checking the reviews right now, I’ve seen a few people complain about mushy tapioca? I’ve had boba countless times and it’s not normal for it to be mushy like that.

He then gave me ice cream as a replacement, 2 scoops. Even the ice cream was bad. It tasted chemically and the ice cream didn’t look fresh at all. It was stale and had little frosted bits in it.

The food here is hardly made to order and clearly not fresh.

Service - 2/5 Nice, quick service. When I brought the boba back I didn’t mind just letting them have it back, but the man was quick to resolve the issue which I commend. However I don’t like how he said that that was how boba usually is when it’s not. This company clearly doesn’t really care for what they are producing.

Atmosphere - 1/5 Nice decor, clean, but the store stunk of sewage leakage.

Overall 1/10, the nicest thing about this place is the decor, maybe to take a few photos but other than...
