This was one of the best dining experiences that was completely beyond expectation within this quiet neighbourhood. To start off, there were numerous decorations of all sorts in this place. The tables were imbued with wine crates, candle holders with traces of years of burnt wax, the ceiling - an extraordinary exhibition of curious, personal collections. The food was superb and the prices were more than fair. We ordered two starters - both of which were delicious. Then we ordered steak and roast lamb, the steak was so juicy and tender and the roast lamb was perfect. Both were of a pretty large portion. Staff were very helpful and constantly serving with passion. I don't normally write reviews but this place deserves MORE attention than it should!

This is a rating as a place to drink and not to eat (as I tend to drink here, not eat). A curious, very unique establishment inbetween Kilburn and St John's Wood. It's positively brimming with odd little objects everywhere - the walls, ceiling, in the small outside area at the back. They only have one beer on tap, but the wine selection is excellent. Well worth a visit.

I love this place! It’s fantastic. The food is excellent and not so expensive, the service is fast and the staff is very professional and friendly. The place itself it’s gorgeous, cluttered with any sort of object hanged everywhere: pans, bottles, posters, newspapers, plates, it’s just amazing. And pretty much every night I’m there there is live music! Very cool.

A fascinating, enchanting wine bar which has to be experienced to believe! The entire place is full of antiques, bric-a-brac, memorabilia, old advertisement posters, wine bottles, puppets, swords....everything you could think of! It's a proper wine bar with an extensive list; if you want to spend £4000 on a Bordeaux, you can. However the lower end wines are also excellent, for example the £28 Zinfandel (at time of writing in April 2018). Food is consistently good, with appetising presentation that's gasto-pub style, not too fancy, but refined enough to be impressed. Seared tuna on stir-fried veg in fish sauce dressing was delightful, though the dish really needed rice or noodles to flesh it out. Desserts are not made in-house, but they're always enjoyable, and a specials board is regularly interesting and varied. A fantastic place which feels like a true hidden gem on sleepy...

This is a great restaurant however the only downfall is one member of staff (blonde, older waitress). I felt she was not interested in us and sometimes rude for no reason. I don’t know why she acted like this - perhaps we were not her usual clientele but I am a customer at the end of the day and was only polite and friendly! I shouldn’t be treated in a way that makes me feel awkward. The final straw was when I asked for a beer at 10.45 and she didn’t say anything just glared at her watch and walked away then bought me a drink. Perhaps I had ordered too late and if so please just tell me? But no, I had not. 15 min later she serves another table with no problem. I actually don’t know what we did wrong here I was friendly and polite the whole time. Based on this, I won’t be returning because I felt inferior...
