Zara Cafe — Restaurant in London

I’ve come to this cafe a couple of times, as stated the interior is suitable for “groups” however. The level of disrespect which the staff treat you with when you are in a group is unbelievable. The scrutinise you until you want to leave by walking past your table and basically counting how many bites you may have left or staring right into your soul. The first times I visited this cafe I was asked to leave earlier than I would have liked, it is clear that the staff favour only their race and regular customers. The last time I visited, I had to make it very clear that “if one of these b**ches asks me to leave I’m going crazy” to avoid receiving a comment. Didn’t stop them from giving us dirty looks though.

The food is not that great, chips were cold and chicken was bland when I ordered yet even though I did not complain I still received horrible service and attitude. For the amount of staff that there are present on site to stand there and judge your whole entire life, I would expect there would at least be someone ready to clean the toilet as soon as their nasty regular customers left a major stink bomb with some seriously artistic skid marks on the toilet. I had been waiting for the toilet for around 15 minutes when it was finally free, it was in a STATE, not just from that customer, it was clear the toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while, it’s impossible for me to walk back into this horrible horrible cafe. Very poor costumers service, anytime I was trying to order for something they looked me like I was bothering them. That’s supposed to be hospitality service, which evidently those people lack experience and knowledge of it. The food is fresh but my toast came almost cold that the cheese didn’t even melt. I ordered a 2nd a one cause I was starving. They let me sit on a table outside which was dirty from another costumer who just left. I needed to ask them to please clean the table, the waiter only removed the dirty cup and the astray but she didn’t clean the table with any cloth. I had my breakfast on a table dirty from a previous costumers and plenty of sigarette ash. There were zero care for the costumer, any time I needed to order something else I needed to go back in, cause nobody came outside. They don’t do any receipt when you need to pay, only writing numbers of a paper, zero tax paid basically. Plus I am not sure where they are from, but the place is plenty of their compatriots, being loud and smoking sigarette in your face. Suddenly while I was still drinking my cappuccino one Man from them came outside asking me if In case they need the table I can let other people share my table, where I was sitting!!! The place was not even full and there were plenty of empty tables… so he was just trying to kick me out after I spend £18.80 for my breakfast! You won’t see...

I went there and order a takeaway meal, the server gave me my burger without any napkins and bags, when I asked may I he have a napkin he gave me a very tiny one, then I asked him if I could have another one because the burger was with sauce. Then suddenly one of the staff started laughing at me why I asked for two napkins, they’re very unprofessional and behave like you begging them for free food.
