Et House is a hidden gem in London for lovers of authentic Turkish cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere sets the tone for a satisfying meal. The décor is stylish yet cozy, with traditional Turkish touches that add character without feeling overdone.
The star of the menu is undoubtedly the grilled meats—succulent, expertly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The lamb chops and mixed grill platter are must-tries, served with fluffy rice and freshly baked bread. Their mezzes, such as hummus and baba ganoush, are fresh and flavorful, making for a great start to the meal.
Service is attentive and friendly, and the staff are more than happy to explain dishes or offer recommendations. Portions are generous, making it excellent value for the quality.

Read moreHad a delightful meal at this restaurant. The service was prompt, friendly and willing to partake in conversation especially on Origins of the dishes. The decor was pleasant. We found a nice seating by the window. The Hot starter was served attractively, We ordered to main dishes the Sarma Lam Beyti, (small kebabs wrapped in naan on a bed of yogurt) which was enjoyable, but, what was truly delightful, was the Ali Nazik Lamb Shish. Very small grilled lamb cubes on a bed of aubergines yogurt cream sauce served with a small portion of bulger and rice. A side plate of grilled onions soaked in a local traditional spicy turnip juice. A bowl of Salad is also served with the amin dish. We totally filled with half the above order, and had to take some home. Its worth the visit. Also try their Salgum drink if you fancy a lurch into the unknown, Approx pricing is £36 per head including a...
Read moreFood: The food set a high standard for our evening as every dish we had was extremely tasty. The highlight for me was the lamb and the prawns. The prawns were juicy and well made. Everything else was also good as well.
Service: we were served by the owner who I forgot the name of but he makes the experience better by being there. He was really attentive to us throughout our meal. He gave us good recommendations, space to enjoy ourselves whilst being accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu. He even gave us a free rice pudding at the end!
Atmosphere: There weren't that many tables there when we went but it looked like the other tables were having the same amount of enjoyment we were.
This is a lovely find and even though we did not get everything we wanted otherwise we would be too full, there is undoubtedly a dish for everyone who walks through...
