Service levels are appalling. Food orders have a 30-45 mins wait. Most of the staff is new to the business they are confused and unsure of basic things like, is the kitchen open ? Will food be served. If the audio is not coming through in your side of the bar - good luck requesting them to fix it !! And the staff is rude when they are unable to solve the basics you expect to be in place at a sports bar. Steer clear. Made the mistake of being locked in with a deposit here on a world cup night. My neighbourhood pub would have been better. In case any one is listening. Get your house in order sports bar. Word Spreads Fast about sad service.

Edit: responding to the managements response : I wish you were as proactive with your service as you are with responding to reviews. Despite asking for water and being told it will come to the table, we were never served. You responded to my review faster than getting our food (turn around time was 35-40 minutes for food). I had a separate experience on last sunday morning at 12PM where after taking my order, the confused server suddenly said our kitchen isn’t working. We wasted 15 minutes of our time for your staff just to figure out whether food is available. The joke is that this was all on the day of the final F1 race of the season and the world cup debut match.

I believe the management needs to take a serious view to improving the service at your location. Its a waste of prime restaurant real estate marred by poor service. I will also add the volume problem was fixed but we could not hear the commentary. Our section was on the left side as soon as you enter the bar. This was table 5. Highly recommend avoiding this section for sure. We saw a match with no audible commentary, a poor not even full hd feed and...

Wait staff and bar staff were really nice and doing their best in a busy time, but this place is just terrible.

Drinks ordered through the app were slow to arrive - I could see they had gotten busy and my ticket was sat on the bar, so I walked over to ask if I could just get it myself instead of waiting for them - when the barman went to ask the manager if that could be done, he started screaming at his staff and swearing (me asking to collect my own drink isn't a GDPR issue... Utter rubbish) really unprofessional and hostile to his staff who were trying their best.

Then there's the food. I ordered the vegan hotdog and it was disappointing to say the least. It came with half a cup of tiny (but tasty) fries and a small spoonful of watery coleslaw. There was none of the advertised vegan cheese on it either. The worst part is that when I bit into the end of it, it almost broke my teeth - it was so overcooked on one end it had gone hard as a rock (pictured.) I had to snap the rock hard portion off and eat the rest as the previous hostility of the bar manager made me think it was probably best not to take it back and complain if I didn't want my entire evening ruined.

My colleague bought two pints and both tasted flat and metallic. He also didn't fancy taking them back to the arsey barman.

This place is good for watching the NFL and for a quick drink but honestly it's a rip...

Went there for my birthday with friends to watch a football match. The atmosphere was relatively nice, but the staff was not friendly and trained at all. When I arrived, I was welcomed by a security guy who told us we can't go in because I had with me a gift bottle that I received from my friends. I then asked for alternatives if we can leave it somewhere and he was like yeah, here (ie at the door, on the street). Eventually I spoke to the managers and they took it in the office for us. Then when ordering food, tried at the bar and they suggested to use the app. Tried to use the app, ordered got rejected, but they took the money from my account. Went to complain they said yeah, it'll eventually be refunded, just try again. Did try again, same story. Now with 150£ out of my card and no food/drinks asked for the manager again. He eventually took the order for me (but got one item wrong) saying that my money will come back (they haven't yet) and offered us the drinks for free to apologize which was kind of him. Finished eating and someone came to take the plates. They tried to take them all at once and dropped a pizza cutter. I caught it just in time for my trousers not to have cheese on them. Not sure if I just had an unlucky day, the place didn't look bad at all and the food was ok for pub/sports bar standards, but I would clearly not return...
