I ordered once. The food was nice enough that I ordered the same thing the next day. This time with a slightly bigger order since I thought it was nice. Only to see that they mixed up my curry sauce for my Chicken Katsu CURRY (otherwise it’s literally just dry rice and fried chicken) with Bao Buns… I was left saucless. The lady I was trying to explain this to first said I should just enjoy the wrong item (Bao Buns) which I was really shocked to hear as her first response. Then as I simply tried explaining that the heap of dry rice with dry fried chicken is not the dish I ordered she finally agreed to having someone sent out with the sauce. No exaggeration she took 5 whole minutes asking me to repeat myself a half dozen times my address and number which she was just unable to competently understand. Every second I had to repeat a letter of my postcode was another second my food was getting cold. I felt angry that it was taking a long time to just put in my address as I was worried my food would be inedible soon. I waited 15 mins before calling again which at that point the driver had not left with my sauce since the guy on the phone asked me if I wanted a drink for the inconvenience. I asked why the driver had not yet left and if I could have my food resent so I could enjoy a meal that was warm at least and to take back the food that had now gotten cold to which he told me that was not possible as the kitchen was closed. The compensation he gave? A single coke. And by the way they didn’t even give me a large cup of sauce they gave me a small pot. By the time I had my sauce my rice was cold and the chicken was tough. 2 orders, 1 messed up already. 50% success rate. Do you think anyone would want to reorder after just...

Read moreAmbience: Atmosphere is calm and nice, but kitchen and counter looks very chaotic. Too many people working at one spot. It seems that staffs are very stressed. Music playing at decent volume, not too loud. Menu design looks chaotic, too many things happening on the front page.
Food: I order Miso Soup & Chicken fried noodles, Miso soup is super salty. It is worth buying Miso soup from Wasabi. Chicken fried noodles are tasteless. You will need to add chopped chilles or garlic with soya sauce to make it flavoursome
Service: First impressions, when I enter the shop, lady was standing at the centre of entrance distracted me by giving me the menu and made me trip. After I approach her, she argued with me, my boss told me to stand in the centre. She moved to side only after I spoke to the manager.
No spoon for miso soup. How do I drink soup with flat spoon? Waitress lied to me, when I asked chopped chillies. It was only when I said noodles are flavourless and less. Another waitress got...
