The Trader's Inn — Restaurant in London

This Old Bird and her ould Irish husband called in for a drink today. Was it good? No. Was it great? Yes. If I could have got my Irish mammy up out of the grave and sat her down with a whiskey and dry ginger, I would have. She's been dead this long time and it would have been just like the pubs were when she died in the 70s. This is just was pubs were like years ago, the landlady is great craic and when I asked if she knew of a pub that showed Gaelic games, she went out of her way to write down the directions to a pub that did.

We are not local but we are going to go back. Come and join us. Oh, and the lavs were spotless......

Well, it's been a couple of years since my last review so this old bird and her daughter-in-law made a rare trek to Church Street for net curtains. As we walked past, i thought the pub was shut but no, it was firing on all cylinders and they couldn't have done enough for us. I genuinely don't write reviews (this is probably my first one) but this bar is the epitome of an authentic, warm, friendly British pub. The owners and locals are ridiculously friendly and instantly became my favorite place to unwind and relax. If you ever get the chance to visit, come into this bar with an open, respectful manner and you will come out wishing you could give more. I cannot stress how wonderful the pub and...
